Finding decent transportation from Punta Cana's airport was challenging, and Edward made the entire process effortless. As soon as we booked the transportation, Edward contacted us through Whatsapp and spoke with us about how the entire process start to finish would go. He told us exactly how to get through the airport, and ensured we weren't lost. Our driver picked us up instantly as soon as we got to where we needed to go. Our driver Raul made sure we got where we needed to go quickly and efficiently. Edward made sure to reach out the day before we needed to be at the airport and our driver was ready to pick us up before the designated time. Overall, if you are traveling to Punta Cana and need a very well guided transport to the airport and back, go with this company.

We had a pickup at 3:30 am out in the country with no addresses, just pin drops. I was so worried we would miss our flight. This company was exactly on time, communication constant, and great pricing. But wow! The vehicle and driver were five stars luxury. We are more than pleased and highly recommend! He even put cartoons on a massive TV for the 5 kids.

Very great service. The company was responsive to my questions after booking and confirmed pick up and drop off location. Suggested times based on anticipated traffic and flight departure time. My driver arrived on time and got me to the airport on time. Definitely recommend booking through this company!

We arranged for transportation from the San Juan airport to our hotel through Viator . The provider they connected us with was San Juan shuttle services and tours. The entire experience from booking to airport pick up was excellent. We made our booking several months in advance of our trip for four people with a lot of luggage. Between booking and our trip Viator made periodic contact to ensure everything was in order. On the day we arrived at the San Juan airport the owner, Francisco, and the driver, his son Frankie met us at baggage claim with a sign identifying they were there for us. The next time we come to San Juan I would specifically look for San Juan shuttle services to provide our transportation.

We arrived at the meeting point for pickup 10 minutes early and to our surprise the driver was there waiting with the air conditioned transport just as promised. Friendly and courteous he assisted loading our luggage and unloading. He was a good observant driver as I remained alert enroute to our destination the airport.

I booked airport to hotel transportation last minute while on the flight. I was immediately contacted by Jose with confirmation and details of where he will be waiting. I definitely recommend him. He was nice, respectful and a great driver! If I come back to Punta Cana I will use him again without a doubt.

The cruise was really fun. Before we could drink, they let volunteers snorkel. They couldn’t play the music there to make sure no one needed help in the water. Our catamaran then went to another location while they played the hip hop music from there. The unlimited drinks that were included was rum. I didn’t see any snacks maybe except pineapple slices. My family and I bought a bottle of our premium bottle of vodka. The cost was $100 for 750ml. The food was really expensive if you wanted a meal. Were requested only fries and o was quoted $20 for one serving. So just make sure you eat before you go and I hope you enjoy rum. Otherwise had a great time! The guides were checked on everyone during the ride and smooth transportation.

All in all good but some things can be off putting. Here’s all I went through and hope it helps if you do book! Booked the round trip mini van to hotels in Uvero Alto. Immediately received my confirmation through Viator. Make sure to save this for later. The day before my trip I used the iMessage number provided by the Viator listing to setup my pickup from the airport (the WhatsApp number for me said the number didn’t exist). The day of my trip, once I arrived at the Punta Cana airport I messaged again letting the company (Best Punta Cana Tours & Transfer) know I had landed (I used the airports free wifi to text them). They replied and said to meet by Refugio Cafeteria once I get my bags. After customs and baggage claim, I found the company. Now this is where it gets a little weird. They had a bunch of names listed but I didn’t see mine anywhere, however I showed the guy working my confirmation through Viator and then he said my driver would be there shortly. I waited for 10-15 minutes before he showed up. Once he did, they packed our bags and then took a picture of us (for confirmation purposes). Our driver spoke little to no English but this wasn’t a big problem communicating. The drive to my hotel (Excellence El Carmen) was about 40 minutes. The driving in Punta Cana can be hectic so if you get motion sickness, maybe take something to help before hand. Got to our hotel safe even though it was definitely an experience lol. The day before we had to leave, I received a text to setup a pickup time from our hotel in the morning and provided them our room number (needed to enter the resort). You are given a 10 minute grace period from that pickup time. The driver showed up on time the morning of but was holding up a sign with a completely different name. I just showed them my confirmation through Viator again and they said it was okay. The driver back to the airport was much calmer probably due to it being morning time and less traffic. Overall, I’d use it again especially now I know what to expect. I hope this helps ease the process!
