Must 1/2 day ATV trip to Moray and Maras in Sacred Valley
Great trip- 1/2 day 4wheel tour through Sacred Valley to Moray archaeological site and back. Moray is a definite visit. Then after back at ATV base, a short van ride to Maras Salt Mines- also spectacular. We then had a brief stop at a local seller of Maras salt and chocolate with free tasting. We loved it. Traveling with family of 4 (58,57,24,22) with extensive adventure travel experience.
Guides were thorough and kind, with a 10min to practice to make all feel comfortable. Highly recommend this trip and group.
Bring layers, spf, sunglasses (and biking gloves would be nice).

ATV Salt mines moray
Great experience! Joel was great and even got some videos of us which I fully appreciate as I always want those! Took some good photos as well! Loved that it was a small group. Loved that we had an hour on the ATV on the way to Moray and also on the way back! Was so fun! Great teaching as well with the not automatic ATV! Salt place was cool. Very informational on tour and perfect timing of just six hours. Bonus of a salt shop to buy the salt and taste some chocolate. Again Joel was AWESOME! Thank you!!!

Amazing experience with...
Amazing experience with Alfredo and Alfonso. Extremely recommended. They were very flexible with the pick up point and they organise for us the best tour plan ever changing the stops based on our needs. Alfredo was extremely professional and really well prepared.

Amazing experience, book it!
This was an amazing experience! The private tour was guided by Louis who is very knowledgeable and shared insights on the history and culture. His driver, (also named Louis) was courteous and professional. We were able to see how fabric was made, purchase chocolate and souvenirs; however, the highlight of the trip was Moray! I highly recommend this experience.

Great Day Trip & Tour Guide
Alfredo was a great tour guide! He shared so much knowledge about the different areas and Inca sites. We were able to spend more time actually exploring and learning verse waiting in the long group tour lines. Definitely recommend.

Fun experience!
We had a good time and spent a lot of time on the ATVs. It was a dry day so we came back a bit dusty. The ATVs were in good condition as well. Layer up as it may be chilly once you get going. Great site seeing of native areas and a way to support locals.

Sacred Valley Tour - Ending Trip
The entire tour was very enlightening beginning with the Sacred Valley and ending with the Ollantaytambo Museum. The guide did very well. The driver was a bit risky, but the tour was well worth it.

Great trip of sacred valley.
It was an easy day to sit on bus and scenery was magnificent. Your guide explained enough about each stop to be interesting without constant chatter

Good scenery with rich history
We changed our original plan, and booked this package at the last minute, and we think this is the best decision we made.
Our tour guide Sutta has great knowledge, he provided us a very informational day trip. We have much better understanding on Inca empire.
Plus, the scenery along the route are so amazing, Sutta is also a good photographer, he helped us take many nice pictures.
We really enjoyed the whole trip

When to visit

The Maras salt pans are a must-see for all first-time visitors to the area.
Bring your camera and sun protection.
You may gather your own handful of salt. However, it is best to buy small packages of Peruvian Pink Salt, as it is marketed, at the gift shop.
Bring cash, preferably in small bills and coins.
Because of the high altitude, be sure to stay hydrated and take it slow. Chewing on coca leaves or drinking coca tea helps alleviate symptoms of altitude sickness.
