What are people saying about Baku

Well-organized and a good overview
If I could give this a more precise rating it would have been about 4.6. The flaws were not at all major, just worth considering.
Pro - Well-organized. The trip was laid out intelligently and it was very complete of what you could see in the environs of Baku. Said, our guide, was patient and well-informed. Especially for some of the later things (including the Zoroastrian temple) he really knew the subject. The Petroglyphs are the highlight of the tour.
Cons - minimal. Said's accent was sometimes a little hard to understand. It was easier for me as a native English speaker. Also, it's a relatively long day with a lot of ground to cover, so be well-rested before you begin.

I had an amazing time on...
I had an amazing time on the tour. The day included a number of varied stops with some superb views. The highlight was finishing at Khinalug, where we enjoyed a lovely lunch in a traditional home. Our guide Leyla was knowledgable and enthusiastic and made the day even more special. Would highly recommend this tour - it was the highlight of my time in Azerbaijan and exceeded expectations.

Stunning Landscapes & the best guide ever! - Highly recommend!!
This was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. It was such a diverse tour that perfectly balanced culture, history, and nature. We were treated to beautiful landscapes throughout the day, and the stunning vistas we encountered were truly breathtaking—make sure your camera is fully charged!
Our guide, Leyla, was the highlight of the trip. She was very enthusiastic and very hospitable, making everyone feel welcome and included. Her deep knowledge and storytelling made the tour fascinating and engaging for the entire group. I highly recommend this tour, and Leyla specifically!!

Great guide!
Aynur was a wonderful guide with lots of knowledge about the different sites to share. There are plenty of stops with plenty of time at all of them. I never felt rushed. Also the place we had lunch was very nice in an authentic old building, bathrooms were clean and the food was great (and included in the price)We also had a great driver that drove safely. I would highly recommend this tour!
On a side note I would recommend buying plenty of water at the short super market stop before Gobustan national park if you are visiting in the summer. It came in handy.

A Perfect Day Exploring Gobustan, volcanoes and Absheron
Just wrapped up the BEST Gobustan, Volcanoes & Absheron Fire Tour in Azerbaijan—and wow, what an experience!
From the ancient rock carvings in Gobustan to the surreal mud volcanoes and the mesmerizing flames of Absheron, every stop felt unique and unforgettable. What really made the day stand out, though, was our guide, Mehebbet. Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about sharing Azerbaijan’s history and culture, he brought every location to life with stories and insights you wouldn’t get otherwise.
The tour was smooth, well-paced, and thoughtfully organized—perfect whether you’re going solo or with a group. If you’re visiting Azerbaijan, this one’s an absolute must-do. And if you’re lucky enough to have Mehebbet as your guide, you’re in the best hands!
Highly recommended!

Leyla was wonderful
To anyone reading this and especially, Leyla's employer, she was such an outstanding guide. Very knowledgeable, fun, great personality. The trip itself was out of this world.....and she added an additional wonderful layer. If you are reading this Ms Layal, thank you, and your drivers.

It was a great tour...
It was a great tour although through no fault of the tour pickup up and drop off was difficult due to formula 1 road closure. Murad was wonderful, with great knowledge of the sites we saw and did everything he could to get us close to our hotel when returning. Not too keen on where we went for lunch. Great to see the sites of Azerbaijan.

A memorable day
It was awesome . Not too tiring would highly recommend to people who don’t want to walk endlessly but still go around and get a feel of Baku. Especially for people who don’t have many days in Baku . Our guide Elcan was very accommodating. Am embarrassed to admit that I was late for the tour due to some unavoidable conditions but Elcan was so patient and helpful. He didn’t bore the group with long discussions but engaged everyone . Am happy that I did this tour

A wonderful day in Baku
We saw the best of Baku under the very capable direction of our tour guide.
Our guide knew the history and location of everything, and he was amazingly attentive and helpful.
In addition, we had an authentic lunch in a gem of a restaurant, which we thoroughly enjoyed.
Overall, I highly recommend this tour as a great way to see the sights and fill a memorable day in this wonderful city.
