My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Rozi Tour Guide! We visited Jummah Masjid, Yeddi Gozel Waterfall, and enjoyed the amazing cable car ride at Tufandag Mountain Resort. We also had a chance to do horse riding as well. Our guide was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about many cultures, which made the trip even more enjoyable. Everything was well organized and memorable. Highly recommended!

The Gabala and Samakhi tour was fantastic! Gabala’s lush landscapes and outdoor activities were amazing, while Samakhi offered a deep dive into Azerbaijani history and culture. Horrible trip ... not recommended

The trip is summarized as follows: 1- the office Baku Heritage Tour did not inform us the real lenght of the trip. We took 5 horrible hours to reach Gabala and the same for return!! The roads were not good at all and I felt like we are driving to hell all the road long. 2- the guideman Sulaiman is very nice and polite and helpful. I really appreciate his support with smile and I will be thankful for all his kindness 3- the driver is really horrible!! He drives so fast and in a crazy way!! I was really afraid and I did not believe that I have survived at the end!!! I do not know how the office is hiring him as he should not drive at all 4- The places : the mosque is not worthy as I did not find anything special about it( even I am a Muslim). The Nahur Lake is awsome and wonderful... we should have stayed longer there as its really worthy.... The tfundug resort and the cable car is an amazing places as I recommend strongly to go through.... 5- Overall my experience is stillnot good as the length of the trip and the driver make me never try it again.... I forget to tell that the food is not good and very expensive and even the shops are very expensive....

Terrible Tourguide But Great Experience

Only reason for 2 star is the tour guide Hussain. Extremely terrible attitude and ego. Shouting clapping hands hard calling us. He shouted at me on the last point also. I was only 5 mins late and he was terrible throughout the journey he was talking and sharing with only 3-4 people in the bus. Overall the locations was very good and enjoyable and time allotment was short because gabala is far. Tour ended at 12am the next day and started 1.5 hours late from the city.

Ruined trip!!

We booked for this trip for our clients and on the day of the tour they will tell us that it is not confirmed booking. Even we updated the hotel pick up 2 days before the trip. We didn't receive and email or notifications that this trip is cancelled or not confirmed.

Completely disorganized

It was a horrible experience. We were 6 people traveling in a crammed van without air conditioning. To be noted that 2 of these 6 people were aged persons. The guide was not informative and did not provide any guide of description of the places. The onward journey did not include any breaks at all. When asked about it later the guide mentioned that if we wanted the break we can ask for it. Just shows that nothing was planned and organized at all. It was a very poorly managed tour. Will never opt for this in my future travels.

Best one day road trip with Baku Heritage Tour
