We had an amazing Shahdag tour with our guide Murad! The trip covered so many beautiful places including Candy Cane Mountain, Pink Lake, 4 Finger Mountain, Shahdag, and Quba City. Everything was very well organized and enjoyable. At Shahdag, me and my wife had a fantastic time doing the Alpine Coaster, zip line, and chair lift rides — such a fun and exciting experience with breathtaking views! We also enjoyed a delicious traditional lunch in the beautiful Gachresh Forest near Quba, which made the trip even more special and relaxing. The bus was comfortable, the driver was professional and safe, and Murad was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the tour. He made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the journey. Just one thing that the time at shahdag i.e 2 hrs is a bit short so maybe extend the time to cover the activities. Otherwise Highly recommended tour and guide for anyone visiting Azerbaijan!

Very poor operator and guide. A couple got stuck at the roller coaster during a heavy snowstorm in the evening, and the lady guide irresponsibly took the bus back to Baku, leaving them behind. Absolutely no humanity. We were told that hotel pickup was included, but instead they sent a random location and asked us to come there ourselves. The lunch provided was pathetic as well. Overall, this was a complete scam. On top of that, we were asked to leave good reviews and mention her name. Completely unacceptable.

This tour was conducted with a group of around 30 guests, and clear meeting times and safety rules were communicated by the guide. The guests left the group and did not return on time despite waiting over one hour and multiple calls and messages. For safety reasons, the group continued as scheduled. However, the guests were not abandoned — a private car was arranged at our expense, and they were safely brought back to rejoin the group. All pickup and lunch details were provided in advance according to the tour description. Guests are encouraged to leave honest reviews, never forced. We always prioritize guest safety and responsible tour operations.

I have been to lots of countries and lots of tours and all I could say was Sahil was the bestest tourist guide I ever had. It is always challenging to make the atmosphere of different nationalities light and happy but he did it easily. We enjoyed the trip, not because of the sight or the travel but because Sahil made it worthwhile. The weather was not friendly and there were bit of mishaps in road but we did not feel it at all, Sahil made up for it. He is one of those gold employees that should be for keeps. Kudos, thank you sooo much Sahil. We enjoyed the time with you.

Adil our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the different places we visited. The lunch served which was typical Azerbaijan cuisine was delicious. Overall it was a very nice tour.

It might be different for you, but I will avoid doing this on a foggy day. Apart from that, awesome!

Our guide was really nice and was eager to tell us more about everything regarding the spot that we were visiting. Unfortunately, the day we visited Shahdag mountains was very foggy and we decided not to do rollercoaster and the cable car ride, because we could not see anything after 2-3 metres. That's why we didn't enjoy the activity, but overall the management of the day trip was perfect. No issues on that front.

Fun activities but long travel

The trip is a long one - 12 hours because of the distance to shadag and several things to see on the way. The candy cane mountains, eating lunch at quba and winter activities at Shahdag were great fun especially the luge at Shahdag. Abid was our guide and driver and thankfully spoke perfect english. He is also great fun to hang out with and get info on Azerbaijan. His fun loving personality made the long journey more tolerable.
