It was a perfect day, from the contact beforehand to the on-time pick-up, the detailed explanation of the tour guide Yusif and the smooth connection between the attractions. Finally, after fully playing, the tour ended early so that we could have a better rest. What else can I say except a full score recommendation?

The whole trip was great! Great itinerary - I love all of the attractions! Seb was a wonderful guide! He provided much in-depth information about each attraction eg how mud volcanoes erupt, Zoroastrianism in fire temple, the life of Azerbaijani people, Formula One. I must also praise the driver as he’s very professional, such that the long rides feel comfortable! The only negative is the restaurant for lunch is a bit expensive, and the service is quite slow, and lots of the cheap options on the menu are sold out. But apart from that, every minute was well spent!!

Small group tour

The guide is meticulous and explains everything in details. We are lucky to have a small group tour, with a total of 5 people in the first part, and only 2 for the second part of the tour. Lunch at a nice local restaurant which we paid 20 manat each for a lot of food. It’d be nice if we can have more chances to take photos but we were rushing from one place to another.

Whole thing was the most underwhelming tour I have ever been on. Went to the mud volcanoes and it was closed, thought the tour guide would know when they are open and when not. Went to another mud volcano in a taxi which the guide told me I would have to pay for. Continued for the next 6 hours, mostly driving to different landmarks which we were given little to no info about. Was happy when it finished

The tour was really nice, the visit to the mud volcanoes in the olds Lada 4x4 car through the oil fields was funny. The guide Nazif was very professional and well prepared. He explained the history related to the places we visited.

A so-so tour

The trip was well organised It used a clean and comfortable vehicle. Safe driving. However: - Very little information was given throughout. When it was given, it was more descriptive than in-depth, and quite often an approximation. It is a shame as the trip started will a lot of info then it disappeared. - No opportunities for questions. After speaking, the guide just left. We were not given instructions on how long we will be in a site of what we will see. - The restaurant was below average and we were not told which dishes we ate. - The ride to the mud volcanos is driven by locals who try to impress us with speed and dangerous driving. The cars are not Soviet but Soviet-era (ex: Fiat and Ford Scorpio). No explanation was given about the mud volcanos until we arrived at the first museum.

Es un tour de un día completo, aún en Bakú el español no es común así que lo tomamos en inglés. Leyla fue nuestra guía muy carismática y comprensiva. Sugerimos a Leyla hablar más despacio ya que su inglés no es su lengua natal y quizá con el tiempo vaya adquiriendo más práctica en los relatos que narra. Azerbayan se proyecta como un país en potencia turística con lugares muy interesantes para conocer.
