Wonderful tour, Delicious food
This was a fun way to experience Aix. Inga was a fun guide, giving us bits of history and helping us experience the market. The food was delicious. I would recommend this to anyone visiting the area. We had a great time! Don’t eat breakfast because you will have a lot of food on the tour!

Just when I thought my France trip could not get any better!
When I thought my trip could not get any better! If you are in Aix and are able to ride a bike, this is a must do! Electric bike makes going uphill a breeze and so much fun. Traveling through the forest and the neighborhoods and gorgeous scenery everywhere. Vincent gave great instructions that I felt completely confident after just minutes. I can’t say enough about it. It was just wonderful.

Beautiful Day
Sebastian was a great guide. He gave interesting commentary on the drive and was a careful driver. The towns we visited provided a good overview of the area.
I would suggest that Viator be more clear as to which cities are included on the tour for the day that is booked. We did not visit one town that Viator listed.

An afternoon in the Luberon
It was a great afternoon. Donato took us out in Aix to experience another side of Provence. He gave us a lot of history of the region. Lovely scenery & had time to visit 3 villages along with several scenic stops. Would recommend this tour & Donato.

Wine Tour in Aix-en Provence
Fabulous experience. Our guide, Greg, was so interesting and knowledgeable and we learnt so much about Provençal wines whilst having such a great time. We can thoroughly recommend Viator for an informative and most memorable experience! Merci beaucoup to Greg and Viator and à bientôt!

Wonderful experience!
This was a great experience and our tour guide was great! It was so wonderful to see the lavender fields and the sunflowers. And seeing them at sunset was fabulous. The stop at the farm was so nice. It was a pretty long tour and I think I would’ve preferred 4 hours in total instead of 6+ hours. It was a lovely experience and I will recommend to others.

A must-see tour of the lavendar fields
Emmanuelle our guide was very informative, gave us ample town to take photos in the beautiful lavender fields. The visit to the beautiful hilltop village of Moustier St. Marie was a great place to stop for lunch and enjoy a walk around on your own. Our next stop in St Croix lake would have been perfect if the tour details said to pack a swimsuit and beach towel, because it was hot that day and the season for it. A quick dip in the beautiful crystal blue lake would have been refreshing . I would highly recommend this tour (and pack that swimsuit !)

A pleasant trip through lavender country.
We were taken to the lavender fields, distilleries and shops as well as to the town of Valensole in a comfortable van. The tour group consisted of 5 people plus the guide. Alessandro was very personable and knowledgeable and gave us ample time at each stop to enjoy the experience. The fields were very beautiful and Valensole was an interesting small town in the countryside. I would recommend this experience.

Don’t miss Cassis just because you don’t have a car!
If you’re staying in Aix without a car, this is a great way to see Cassis, which you should not miss!!! It’s a tight itinerary, just 2 hours in the town, but I felt that was enough. I appreciated stopping at the view point before going down for the boat ride. It’s a very time efficient trip so if you want more time, you should rent a car and go on your own schedule. The boat ticket is not included but our guide Remy helped us get 3 euros off the listed ticket price.

3 beautiful towns!
You see 3 different places and they are all amazing! My sister in law felt we could've spent longer in each so if there were only 2 stops that would've been ok too. But we couldn't decide which one we'd skip. Lol. Visiting Van Gogh 's asylum was probably the highlight for us.. We would've liked to have visited the castle in le Baux but didn't have time. Also would've liked to have done the Carrieres Des Luminieres. The market in St Remy was only open for one more hour so while a good one to explore probably needed more time. Arles was unique with the ruins and more Van Gogh info..
Overall we loved it!

Information packed tour
This is a greatest hits tour of wonderful villages scattered in the Luberon, close enough to get to from each other to see a wide variety of places. The guide was fantastic, well informed discussions of the history, agriculture, architecture, art geography of the region. Although connected by region, the towns were different enough from each other to provide a unique experience at each one. The stops were all very well chosen with many having more than one option of activity or tour focus, which made it feel very individualized. The van was large, more like a bus, but very comfortable. I cannot give enough compliments toour guide who gave great suggestions for maximizing the effectiveness of each stop. This was quite a memorable day.

Aix-Baux-PontduGard-Avignon-Châteauneuf-du-Pape
Day long trip from Aix to Avignon with some great stops along the way. The drive provides a good opportunity to see the countryside and is broken up nicely. We had a dinner reservation in Avignon and requested to be dropped off rather than travel back to Aix-en Provence. It worked out beautifully. Sebastian was a wonderful guide - friendly & knowledgeable. .
