A tour that should not be missed. The Rhine Falls are spectacular. I feel you need a guided tour to get the most out of the Falls. The tour guide was so respectful of my age and inability to do everything. I appreciated that. There was plenty of time to see everything, shop for souvenirs, and get a cup of coffee.

Like to thank the tour guide who waited for us for a 5 min late into the tour . Description we thought that the boat ride is included as not being mentioned that there is no boat ride during winter time. But we’ve seen boat going on the falls itself so just confusing. Not much information being said by the tour guide about the falls and tour. Just like exploring on your own tour thing.

When we arrived at the bus station, we approached a guy and asked if he was the one who will guide us to the tour. He gave us a big smile and he talked to us politely.We felt so welcomed and relaxed throughout the day trip.
Also the tour guide Stephano was friendly and the bus was so clean and comfortable. Trip was amazing!

The day of our travel only one other couple was on board the bus. This led to a casual and intimate chat with our driver. I knew what to expect because I read the information before booking. You will explore on your own. The scenery is so worth the comfortable trip!

The coach ride was fair but the actual Rhine Falls experience was excellent. We would recommend this experience for a view of nature's finest.

This was not a guided tour. This was transportation to the falls and then you decide what you wanted to do within the time frame allocated. However it was well organized and the bus had air con. Bus driver handed us a snack on return so that was nice.

Very nice time spent at the falls. We had time to walk the trails in the park giving us several different perspectives of the falls, take a boat to the middle of the falls and relax with a snack afterwards. Very low key and enjoyable time.

The guide was very nice. This trip was better than our expectations. Make sure you buy the blue tickets as they bring you right up to the waterfall. The hike around after is very easy

We thoroughly enjoyed our excursion. Our tour guide Angelos was extremely knowledgeable and engaging. The falls are beautiful and well worth a visit. One small downside is the hidden cost of the boat ride, which is listed in the included section as optional but no mention at an extra cost. The extra cost is reasonable though and all in all would highly recommend.

Lovely, imagine it would be beautiful in the sunshine! It was cold and rainy the day we visited but could see the beauty of the falls. It felt too windy to do the boat ride but that looked to be good in different weather conditions

We really enjoyed seeing the falls. We were disappointed with our tour guide other than to drive us to the fall and back and to purchase the tickets. He did not interact at all with the group and did not have any information to share or local knowledge. He did offer to take our picture at the Falls.

Falls were beautiful and we were axle to explore quite a bit. There ample time given to see and appreciate but not pleasant experience with the tour guide. The bus was freezing and wasn’t warm when we arrived. The guide Angelo did not turn on heat until we asked 2x and was heading to the falls. The communication was very bad and not informational. I think Angelo is a nice guy but not meant to be a tour guide.

It’s was great, except the hotel room was well below average. Viator needs to find a nicer hotel. I couldn’t even sleep because the bed was the worst I have ever used, and I was deployed in Marines a few times so I have slept in poor conditions in the past!

Didn’t tell us that the bus could be in a different lane and no help from the bus office! Time we spoke to someone they told us we was in the wrong place when we wasn’t! They refusing a refund and credit and we also travelled 4 hours from Geneva with my 7 month old so wasn’t a pleasant day today! Looks amazing though by pictures! Would be a lot easier if they had a contact number easier to speak to as time we got through it was to late

On that morning, the Swisstours bus was not parked in the location indicated by the sign, but just next to it. It would have been helpful to approach that bus directly.

This tour was excellent. It was a lovely way to spend a couple of hours in the morning and get out of the city. The waterfall was majestic, and the short loop hike was beautiful. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

We just had a bus driver he wasn't actually a tour guide. Didn't inform us much about where we were going or the history of the place we were seeing. It also could have included a tour of the actual town & the other side of the falls. There also wasn't any boat tour available which was very disappointing
