Absolutely wonderful. Michael was our guide and was extremely knowledable and fun! We were lucky to have a beautiful day and the vistas were exceptional!
It was truly a remarkable experience. If you travel to Zermatt this is a must see. Our guide was so friendly and knowledgeable. He made everything safe and easy.
This was an unbelievable tour! Tony was so friendly & knowledgeable. He gave us so much information about all the mountains besides the Matterhorn. He even gave us a little tour of the town of Zermatt. He went over & beyond.
The entire day was wonderful. We met Michael at the meeting point and started with a mini city tour. All of his commentary was so interesting! Then headed to the gondola to start our tour of the Matterhorn. It was fantastic. Michael had wonderful facts and was an incredible guide. The advice to dress warm was perfect at the summit but the weather was great up to that point so dress in layers. Highly recommend!
Great way to learn a bit about Zermatt and the surrounding area while making your way to such a unique experience. Our guide Michael was great- accommodating, flexible, and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend- be sure to bring warm clothes. No matter how hot it is in town, it is cold inside a glacier!
There about a 15-20 minute walk to the
Lift you will take up into the mountains. Have something warm to wear when you reach the glacier.
I would highly recommend this experience. Our guide, Michael was very friendly, considerate of any limitations we might have, and so informative.
The tour guide was absolutely wonderful. But I think this excursion was way overpriced. Buy your tickets in Zermatt. It would be less money.
My husband and I I truly enjoyed this tour with our guide Tony. He filled in for the original guide and did a great job. Despite the cold we both enjoyed it very much! He was very attentive to my needs as I travel with a mobility scooter. Unfortunately I couldn’t go into the glacier but my husband did and got great pix and he enjoyed his time with Tony as well.
Beautiful scenery- amazing gondola ride. The observation deck on top is a must do. The glacier trip was interesting but the views take the prize
Incredible views, however do not see the need to pay extra for a small group. Your preference, indeed. Definitely recommend seeing the Paradise Glacier.

without a tourguide, you don't get all the insigt information or someone that answers your questions about Switzerland.
No adjectives or photos can accurately describe this experience. The scenery is exquisite and gondola ride to the top exciting. Wear warm cloths! Remy, our guide was wonderful! There were only 4 in our group so we got lots of information and could ask questions.
Our guide was knowledgeable and very experienced on the mountains and we learned so much. Views spectacular and beautiful. Dress warm! A real adventure to see and learn about the cable car and make the trip to Klein Matterhorn and the ice caves. Amazing!

This was a fantastic adventure. The weather wasn't very good but Tony made the day very enjoyable and educational. He was very personal, had exceptional knowledge of the area's history and traditions. He went well out of his way to make the tour a fun time. We highly recommend this tour.

good way to discover this alpine peak. gondola ride is stunning and tourguide gave us some information about the area. at the top you can join the guide for a round tour and it was great to have someone who was leading us on this location. Do recommend if you want to go to Glacier Paradise.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately the cableway company stopped all cooperation with tour agents - this is why we are no longer allowed to sell this destination. But we have other options which are much better than the Glacier Paradise.
The trip to the Matterhorn was magnificent. However, it started off bad. When I presented my voucher at the redemption point, the worker told me “you have been scammed, I see it all the time” I did find my correct voucher and all was well. She was going to gladly selll me another ticket for $250. Now who is the scammer?

Thank you for your feedback. We will discuss this with the Matterhorn Bergbahn. Of course, it is not acceptable that their employees to make such statements if our guests are arriving with a valid voucher.
We thoroughly enjoyed our cable car trip to Glacier paradise. We had great views on all 3 gondolas. Each went to a certain level during the ascent. It was cloudy once on top but the Ice Palace was fantastic. Loved the gorgeous ice sculptures.

Absolutely incredible scenery. Great time. The views were outstanding. It is very high altitude so a few people were a bit short of breath and other were dizzy for a few minutes with the altitude. .

It was lovely to take the cableway to Matterhorn and enjoy the views. The viewpoint is fantastic too, windy but definitely worth enjoying. The ice cave was interesting too. My least favorito part was the cinema. The room was cold with not so much light.

thank you for your review. Don't expect strong heated rooms on 3400m altitude (you are in the alps) or bright lights in a cinema.
