Chris was absolutely incredible. I was very nervous going into this experience, but he gave me the smoothest, calmest, most amazing ride imaginable. I was able to fully relax and take in the views the entire time. He explained everything clearly, made me feel completely safe, and his confidence and skill were evident from start to finish. This ended up being one of the highlights of our trip, and I would 100 percent recommend Chris to anyone. An unforgettable experience thanks to him.

Incredible experience! The pilots are experienced and took incredible photos during the flight. When I started feeling queasy, they took me straight down too. I wasn’t scared and they took good care of me. Highly recommend a morning flight as afternoon winds sometimes cause afternoon cancellations.

Our pilots were so experienced and professional about everything from the start. I never felt nervous because they talked us through the process. The views were breathtaking. Our pictures look like a postcard. We saw a bunch of animals and even got to play around in the sky towards the end. Highly recommend!

We were a little nervous about paragliding as we have never done it before. Our pilots Bruce and Chris put us at ease with their expert knowledge! They were fun and willing to do what you were comfortable with in the air. It was a ride of a lifetime and highly recommended going with them and Matterhorn paragliding.

I loved this! At first (before booking online) I was a little nervous about doing this. But once I got there, I was fine. My main focus was on the "run" that I didn't concern myself with getting spooked. I think my guide was Alan, and he totally prepared me and took me on the flight of a lifetime. Matterhorn view was amazing too!

Our guides were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and overall this was such a great experience. If you care a lot about photos or video footage, I would recommend asking a few questions before getting started. My partner was able to hold and control the camera and ended up with great footage, knowing exactly when it was on and how to use it. For me, it was a bit unclear when the camera was active or when I should look at it or smile while the guide was holding it, so some of my footage turned out a little wonky and not quite as clear.
That said, the guides were excellent listeners and tailored the experience to what we wanted. Definitely let them know if you’re looking for something more chill or more active. I also really appreciated how responsive the company was to every message. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Bruce, Allan, Jan, and our other guide were ALL wonderful! Wonderful experience! I’m not a thrill seeker but it was exciting and beautiful to see the Matterhorn, surrounding mountains, and the town of Zermatt from the air!

This was one of the most exhilarating experiences I have had in awhile! The pilot was amazing and made sure we spent a lot of time flying amongst the cliffs, accelerating and turning. It did not feel rushed at all and was worth every penny.

The experience was absolutely breathtaking and so much fun! I had Allen as my pilot, and he was incredible—he made sure I felt completely comfortable as a deaf person. He had no hesitation using gestures to communicate, tapping my shoulder and pointing things out while we were flying. He was truly awesome!

My husband and I booked paragliding as our end of trip hoorah and what an experience!! We were lucky to have Bruce and Eric guide us as it was our first time paragliding. We got a beautiful clear day gliding through the mountains and getting a stunning view of the Matterhorn. This was truly a magical experience that we will remember forever. We hope to return again one day.

I had an incredible paragliding experience with Jan, who was both friendly and chill, making the entire adventure relaxed and enjoyable. Soaring over the stunning landscapes of Zermatt with the Matterhorn in view was breathtaking—truly a sight to behold. Jan’s calm demeanour and expertise put me at ease, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the moment. The views were spectacular, and the feeling of floating above such a picturesque setting was surreal. This unique experience was the highlight of my trip, and I couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Highly recommend paragliding with Matterhorn Paragliding (and Jan)!

Alan the owner said I could have saved if I did not book through a third party (TripAdvisor), so if you are going to be a few days then take his advice book upon arrival. I had a ONE day Zermatt schedule and I booked w TripAdvisdor/Viator and have NO regrets. The flight was the pinnacle of my week in Switzerland, bar none !! Alan was a consummate professional and and excellent wing pilot. I don't know how Viator picks there pilots or third party paragliders but if you get Alan, you will be a satisfied customer too.
I was trained as a Naval Aviator and accumulated over 360 carrier landings and flew for the airlines for 33 years and next to single seat jets off the carrier and flying 480kts/mph below 200 feet on low-levels this was the most fun I have had in the air :-)
obtw, I did not read the fine print (or all the print evidently) but I needed to pay for a lift ticket (40CHF)
AND to get a copy of the absolutely wonderful pictures and videos (98 total) it was (450CHF) and Alan had an adapter to download them straight from his GoPro to my iPhone.
