If there were extra stars, I’d give it. Felipe was super amazing. Really nice, very informative, makes sure to make a head count after every stop to make sure he doesn’t leave anyone behind. Highly recommend. Don’t second guess yourself, just make your reservation.
This is a land and boat trip, we actually didn’t realise until
after we booked, but it was great either way. lots of stops so short stops at each but we still enjoyed it.
We had such a great trip yesterday! Deno was absolutely brilliant and made the whole experience so enjoyable. He was friendly, knowledgeable and a fantastic tour guide, making sure we got the most out of every stop. We saw some beautiful parts of Zante and had such a lovely day. Would definitely recommend Deno to anyone wanting to explore the island!

Great experience. Be prepared to spend all day touring the island. We did wine tasting, swam to caves, beaches, and much more. Phillipe was a great tour guide and is very knowledgeable about the island. Would totally recommend. I think I got more than my moneys worth.

We booked a semi private boat tour (10 people max) but they took us on a boat full of about 30 people. When I told them, they weren’t accommodating to give us what we had booked instead we had to go on a $51 tour where we paid $113 per person. They weren’t willing to refund us and just gave us $28 back where we paid double the price to book this tour. The boat part of this tour is only 2 hours and water stops 2 only. Overall we weren’t satisfied and Viator also didn’t help us get the full refund and dispute this. I wouldn’t recommend this tour. The best way to explore Zakynthos is get a car rental and drive. The roads are pretty good there. We were 3 girls we later rented a car and started driving ourselves. Also, we left this tour midway after the disappointment we had experienced. I never wrote reviews but I thought this was necessary so that someone else’s private or semi private tour doesn’t get ruined like this.

Philliipo was a great tour guide! He was sweet, funny and knowledgeable of all of our destination spots and the history behind some of them. He allowed us ample time for pictures at some of our stops and dropped us off at the boat dock with plenty of time to spare before boarding to explore Zakynthos and Blue Caves tour. The boat captain was also extremely friendly and funny and allowed mu daughter to steer the boat which she enjoyed! Thank you all for the memorable experience:)

Great photo opportunities. Average transport for all day trip from Dali Tours. We did the semi-private tour option. Recommend not spending the extra money and go with group tour. The driver was very good, considerate, polite and offered to take our picture but the van was older and had dirty windows. The drive was not guided as the actual tour guide Phillipos was on the larger newer bus with the group tour. He would give us a quick update of where we were on the stops and answered all of our questions. Communication between the staff and customers could use some improvements. The Therianos Family farm stop was fantastic where there was a local guide. The boat ride with Captain George to the caves was both entertaining and amazing. We couldn't go to the blue caves or shipwreck beach due to weather but the the short ride was sunny and beautiful. Due to shorter boat ride we had a longer stay at Xigia (sulfer beach). Recommend having swimsuit to go into the water for a 'spa treatment'. Also had lots of time shipwreck look out. Overall good tour 3 1/2 star but felt we over paid on this 'semi-private'.

The experience did not meet the expectations!
Firstly, we were informed via email the day before that the driver would collect us at 8:00am as seen below. However, upon contacting the tour company, the hotel receptionist was told the pick-up time would instead be 8:45am. This resulted in an unnecessary 45-minute delay, during which we could have made alternative arrangements.
While the driver was polite, he did not fulfill the role of a tour guide. The experience consisted primarily of transportation, with only minimal and superficial information shared about Zakynthos. Additionally, there was no element of local cultural experience included in the excursion. There was no opportunity to sample local produce or engage in any authentic Greek experience, which is typically expected and often advertised as part of such tours.
Upon arrival at your office, we were unexpectedly asked to pay separately for the boat. This cost was not clearly stated during the booking process, which created confusion and felt misleading.
The boat itself was extremely basic and did not meet reasonable expectations for a paid excursion. There were no facilities to purchase refreshments on board, and the overall condition of the boat was poor compared to similar experiences we have had elsewhere.
Additionally, the staff member on board, who appeared to be responsible for engaging with guests, interacted with only a small number of people and made little effort to involve the rest of the group. This came across as unprofessional and disengaged.
During the swimming stop, no snorkeling equipment or safety provisions, such as life vests, were offered. Simply advising non-swimmers to remain on the boat is not an adequate or responsible approach to guest safety.
Overall, the experience did not justify the cost of £120. We have participated in similar excursions in Greece at comparable or lower prices, where refreshments, food cooked on board, engaging guides, and much higher standards of service were included.

We went on this tour last year in May. The day before this tour we went on a tour with Nikos to Marathonisi and Cameo island. The day after that tour we booked this one. To our surprise he picked us up again for this tour! We were with a very small group, probably because it was off season. Nikos had brought his new drone. Together we figured out how to take pictures with it. That was very cool!
We visited fantastic view points and got to choose a few extra stops to see on the way. We had a very relaxed and fun day! We felt like we had seen every special spot on the island. This tour is totally worth your time and money. We learned so much about Zakynthos Thank you to Nikos for the fun days!

This was a great excursion…the guide took his time and sincerely cared about giving us the history of the island…the coffee spot had excellent local fare
This company had amazing communication and picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel on time. All staff were very nice and eager to show us around, even allowing extra time at stops. It was not rushed and felt relaxing. We saw some wonderful sites and had alot of fun. Highly recommend.
We decided cancel $500 private tour since it was only water activities at last minute with hesitation the quality of this trip because we only spent 2 days on this island. Came back with fully satisfy experience. It was a long trip but tour guide made is not boring at all. Picked up in front of our hotel and gave us enough time for pics and experiences for every stops. Around 2 hours on water was just good enough time to spend. Lunch was decent(as long as you don’t expect Michelin level dining experience)
Captain was great. We saw 5 sea turtles. The boat ride was breath taking and the water is so beautiful
Excellent trip! Filippos was a great tour guide/driver who could not have been more accommodating.
The Organic Farm was very interesting and we enjoyed trying all the food and drink! Seeing the shipwreck both by land and sea was exceptional, we also got to swim/snorkel in two different remote coves. The day flowed really well with lots of stops and photo opportunities, followed by a longer stop at a beach.
Plan for a big day with many experiences. Everywherewe wentwas beyondour expectations. The little villages were delightful. The tour driver was a local and incredibly attentive to everyone's needs.
The experience was great and very fun . The driver and tour guide apaco really took his time to show and explain everything about the beaches and mountains . I will definitely recommend
The experience was amazing, the tour guide is very friendly and nice. We had enjoyed very much during the trip. The driver even let us to drive the boat for a minute which I was very shocked as we didn’t expect we can try it, good experience. Everything is prefect. Advice for people who would like to swim, please bring extra clothes and shorts to enjoy swimming.

Good trip. Long day lots of activities boat trip seemed a bit short though. There is lots of on /off bus. Also bus very hot and very cramped especially if like us you end up on back seat! Nicos the driver was very nice and friendly.

Check the full list of features before you book. 2 are not displayed without making an extra click and one of those 'hidden' features says there is an extra 25Euro charge per person for the boat trip. I think this is cheating as an extra cost should be made clearly visible at the top of the booking. All in all it was a lovely tour but the same can be had cheaper from local agents so I can't recommend.
