- The boat is easily accessible via the beach but not wheelchair accessible. It is a 100 meter walk from the car park. The captain will meet you at the carpark (official meeting point of tour) and show you to the boat. To enter the boat we must walk to the boat and enter via a small step onto the back of the boat. The captain and crew will assist you. To reach the boat we must walk through shallow water for ten meters.

Would highly recommend this excursion to anyone. My partner and I opted for this as we wanted to be on a smaller boat with less crowds of people. There was us and two other couples. It was very intimate but we had plenty of room to lay and soak up the beautiful Zante coastline. Our tour guide / driver was very knowledgeable highlighting all the points of interest and even went out of his way to extend the tour to allow us the unforgettable experience of swimming with a turtle, whilst other tours hadn’t let their customers off of the boat. Furthermore, they provided transfer to and from our hotel that was included in the price. Overall, it was a very affordable experience that we will never forget.

Great experience, they were really upfront about no turtles as end of season so not too disappointed! Had a great time on turtle beach and swimming off the boat. The whole family really enjoyed it

Our guide was excellent and have us lots of info about the turtles and the surroundings. We saw two turtles and it was a magical experience ✨🥰. The sea is not for the faint hearted though if you are easily sea sick! 😅

Just to reassure anyone reading — the sea can be a little rougher in October, but for most of the season our Turtle Tour takes place in the calm, sheltered waters of Laganas Bay inside the Marine Park, where conditions are usually very smooth and relaxing.
We really appreciate you choosing to spend the day with us — it was a pleasure having you onboard & we'd love to welcome you back again one day to join us on one of our tours.

The duration is vague due to cooperation of wild life and conditions of weather and water
(Up to the captain’s discretion). Our captain was terrific and took full advantage of best opportunities. Just don’t plan to be back in a rush to something else. I was very glad to have brought my own snorkel and mask.
This a a super way to see the best of the area.
Small boats can get into smaller caves - more options! Getting back on the boat after a swim is somewhat challenging but the captain was extremely attentive and thoughtful of my 70 year old limitations.

I went on this trip by myself. I was a little apprehensive but I didn’t need to be. I was collected by Padalice (I hope thats how you spell his name). He was a great guide and took great care of the 7 of us on the trip. I wanted to do this trip on a small boat and this was the perfect way to do it.
Honestly I would have been happy to leave out the visit to turtle bay but that was because it was a stoney beach! If I had taken beach shoes it would have been fine. Otherwise everything was wonderful. Seeing turtles was a big tick ✔️ seeing the scenery around the coast was amazing but my favourite bit was the swimming off the boat in a cave and the beautiful clear water.
If you like small groups then this is definitely worth the cost.

Small boats are the best for a close up experience. Going into caves with the water so blue, and being able to swim with the turtles. You can’t do that with the big boats. Our captain Pantelis of Boat Share Greece was excellent and very knowledgeable. Great fun!!

Pantelis was a great captain and made the trip fun yet informative. With only 6 people on the tour there was ample room and enabled everyone to see the sights and take photos. Saw three turtles which was the highlight of the trip. Enjoyed swimming in the pure blue water and swimming through the caves. Would 100% recommend.

Booked the half day experience and squeezed in so many great sights and experiences in just a few hours. Swam with turtles (surely once in a lifetime experience!) saw amazing caves and coastal scenery and enjoyed swims in beauty spots and all hosted by Pantelis who was a lovely guy and very accommodating (taking underwater videos for us) etc

A wonderful experience getting to see the turtles, stop off at turtle island and experiencing cameo island and keri caves. Pick up and drop off at accommodation. Stunning experience all round highly recommend.

This was a great boat ride! We had the opportunity to swim with one turtle, which was absolutely amazing. We were hoping to see more but nature makes that choice. We got to swim in breathtaking caves and see the stunning coastline of southern Zakynthos. We also saw the breeding ground where the turtle eggs are nesting. Very cool experience!

It was an incredibly beautiful tour. There were only two of us and the driver. The boat is super classy and we saw turtles straight away. The driver had a great eye and spotted them all. He also had a very broad knowledge base and you could tell that these animals were close to his heart. I was able to swim with the turtles twice and they were so close. simply fantastic. Then we drove through caves and he fed the fish so that there was a real school where we swam. one of the best experiences I've ever had. I will definitely come back! If you want to book a turtle tour then this one, the money is worth it!

Great experience. Guide was fantastic and flexible- and focused on the wellbeing of the turtles. Great to see. Only 6 of us and we got into a number of caves and saw heaps of turtles. Highly recommend this small tour compared to the massive boats with loads of humans.

Great trip. Comms were excellent from the start. I have difficulty with steps sometimes & they couldn't have been more helpful with getting on & off the boat. Don't be put off by the 10m paddle to get on. The skill & knowledge of our captain was amazing both in spotting turtles & enabling us to see inside the caves. A bit more expensive than the larger group tours but worth every penny.
