What a great experience which was made possible through the expert navigation of our captain “ Jo Jo”. He was a true professional though and through and took the time to explain all the sites along the way and we never felt rushed. He was super polite and his English was excellent. Beautiful caves of blue water and shipwreck beach were visited. Would highly recommend this tour!

The whole trip from start to finish was well organised even helping with where to park. We had Kostas as our captain and he was great. Spoke excellent English and very knowledgable about the area and the sights and all whilst manoeuvring skilfully around the bigger waves to ensure a smoother ride. We saw the shipwreck close up, took the boat into caves and gave us a couple of opportunities to swim in the bright blue water. As well as looking after his own passengers he was also taking care of others swimming in the sea when some young lads were driving their boat in a dangerous, crazy way. The whole trip was so smooth, beautiful and very relaxing. It didn’t feel rushed at all and we had a great time.

This was a beautiful 2.5 hours on the sea. The water is stunning. Be aware that Navagio bay is a tourist hot spot and full of boats. You also cannot get on the beach or swim there anymore. The blue caves were beautiful, if you want the full experience, make sure you are in a very small boat. Take a snorkel and mask for the swim around the cave area! Do not go on the boat trip if you get sea sick. It may look like really still water, but the number of boats out, makes it more choppy (one man on our boat didn’t get that memo!)
I enjoyed more this cruise with departure from Agios Nikolaos and heading to Navaggio beach than the similar one from Porto Vromi. You see more of the coast, you see the actual rather than the “local” blue caves and the captain, Costas, is a blast. The swimming stops are nice in both cruises, but the one at the blue caves is spectacular, swimming 30 meters inside a blue cavern with a one foot ceiling in places is exhilarating.
Great day out on the sea in a way to see a few caves, history, and a little swimming between points.

Our guide was funny, leaving jokes all the time. He showed us amazing places in the North side of the island - the Blue caves and Navagio beach. He was very attentive and answered all of our questions.

Fantastic boat trip and a “must do” as you see the extraordinary beauty of Zakynthos from the water. The swimming stops were fabulous, and we swam into the caves — quite a unique experience. Our guide Marios was fantastic and experienced. The weather was perfect. Would highly recommend. Kids (19 & 16) also loved it.
Must-see in Zakynthos and this small-ish tour (30-ish people) was perfect and Captain Kostas was informative and delightful!
The tour has been cancelled without any notification. We arrived at the meeting point but told by the boat owner that the tour had been be cancelled. He told us that we will have to contact you. We did but no one has responded us.
We spent EUR 160.00 taxi for going there and retiring to our hotel.

The tour was fabulous. Driver pick us up from hotel . In time very friendly and very pleasant. He spoke good English and was really helpful. Agency was absolutely on top . They managed our situation very well. The first day tour was canceled because of bad weather so they did their best to organize for us fabulous day . The day after . We saw everything we wanted. Had a great lunch. Learn how to dance Greece dance and was just absolutely amazed with hospitality of everyone on our way .
Trip itself - extraordinary! Possibility to take a photo of shipwreck, two stops to swim through and around the caves, and really great steersman - Kostas is probably one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet!
So, why 3/5? Well, because of another person - Fabio. At 3 am on the night before the trip we got a message that if we can move to different time slot, because "they have a boat inspection at time reserved by me". Unfortunately, we couldn't move as it was our last day on Zakynthos, so I asked for cancelation and refund. At this point Fabio told me that we can go with our initial time but it will start 0.5-1 hr later. 1 hour delay didn't work for us, so I asked again for cancellation and refund...
and then Fabio started being aggressive, retracting his previous words and writing messages like "You are in late ... NO REFUND" to me for next hour.
Totally unprofessional.
It's so sad that one person had made the work of other people from their company look much worse.
Very easy to book on Arrival from Kefalonia to Agios Nikolas it was easy to find pick up point nice waiting area really helpful staff , instead of waiting till 1.30 pm we were able to change to 10.30am the trip does what it says on the tin u can pay 1k for a private yacht 7-8hours but u would not see or do anything different, we was out about 2.5 plus hours u get to see blue caves & shipwreck bay 2 Swim stops one with jump stops kids loved it 14 & 16 girl & boy loved it esp jumps for 35 Euro each Great value Give it a go👍😎Bill
Our trip was a bust. We informed them of arrival by Cruise ship, but they scheduled the tour to depart from a different harbor. We had a local call the tour operator who said that we did not have a reservation even though we had confirmed tickets from Viator. Viator should not use this operator.

you did not show up and you are making a false review! No one changed the meeting point. No one schedule to depart from another port. The True is that you arrived by cruise without checking where meeting pount is and at 09:53 sent us a message stating the following
“ We are at harbor where cruise ships come in“
Meeting point is very clear BUT you have not even check
Yout ticket was perfectly valid and your seat were free and available for you BUT You did not show up.

Brilliant trip. Captain Kosta was really good. Drove us into this tiny cave. I thought he was joking at first but then in we went! There was a chance to swim into another cave but I’m not a strong swimmer so I had to stay on the boat. All the other passengers were amazed by it. Wish I’d known as I would have brought one of those noodle things with me to help me float.
I’ve been only shown Blue cave not the other and the person said I will get a part refund but I didn’t get it yet

They give you false information/lie to you to get a sale. I am out hundreds of dollars and spent thousands of dollars to travel to a site thar I never ended up getting to see because of this scam.
I would honestly do your research and avoid at all costs. You are better off throwing your money away or finding a different company that is honest, upfront, and gives you the proper information, not just scam you into a sale
Although high winds prevented us from seeing Navagio Bay, we had a delightful experience exploring the Blue Caves. Our captain was friendly and informative, scenery was incredible, and swimming in the crystal blue water by the caves was the experience of a lifetime! Thank you for a fabulous experience!
Terrible- when booking it said 18 miles from Port. The drive is not 20 minutes but an hour with no Ubers or taxi available. Paid for excursion without a refund. If the excursion is not available from the cruise line- just go to Port and take the excursion from there- same day..
Arriving at the port was easy and helpful there was free parking. The greeting we had was lovely, due to weather we weren’t able to do the ship wreck but we’re refunded half the trip money it also meant the boat trip was an hour instead of the 2.5 but this can’t be helped. The blue caves were lovely and the captain advised us of some of the history it was a lovely day out.
Scam alert! Do NOT book this if you are coming from a cruise ship! They are intentionally vague about their location and unless you have local knowledge, you will soon discover after you arrive they are over 23 mi from the main cruise arrival port and a $100 euro cab ride away! They refused to refund our money and Viater was of little help because all of this was discovered the day we were supposed to go after we got off the ship (Celebrity). Had to book through a different company in port.

Great trip with Katerina boat, fabulous views, captain informative about the places of interest, enjoyed the blue special colour of the sea - had 2 swim stops, all in all we loved it.
Very nice experience, amidst the fantastic blue waters of the Ionian sea. Don't forget to bring your own snorkeling gear... it's worth it!
