perfect! pickup from hotel on time, boat trip was amazing & small enough boat/amount of people to be friendly and 'personal'. Boat driver fantastic - took us into phenomenally tight spaces of keri caves perfectly. Would highly recommend this trip we had a great time & saw 2 turtles 😊

****Warning***This is an absolute con do not book! They took our money confirming to pick us up from our hotel and then said it would be an additional €40 to collect us from our hotel!!
This was not stated to us when selecting the pickup. Book with another service.
For the money we paid this was an okay experience, we saw a turtle in the harbour (before we got on the boat) and this was the best sighting, although we did see 2 more as part of the trip. This tour was sold as a small up to 10 people tour but the boat had 30+easily on board so it’s quite cramped. The caves were really nice (swimming stop) as was Turtle Beach stop, we didn’t see anything else as advertised ie the bridge, there are no refreshments on board so make sure you take some along…. This is a basic tour lasting 3hrs in total but for the price paid it was ok.

Regarding the boat capacity, our tour is not advertised as a maximum of 10 guests, so there may have been some confusion with another excursion. Refreshments are also not included, which is stated in the tour information, so guests are welcome to bring water and snacks. We appreciate your comments and hope you still enjoyed your time with us.
Amazing experience from start to finish! Everything was perfectly organized, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the boat was clean and comfortable. Seeing the Caretta Caretta turtles in their natural habitat was truly unforgettable, and the views of Zakynthos were breathtaking. We also had time to swim in crystal-clear waters, making the trip even more special. I highly recommend this cruise to anyone visiting Zakynthos. Definitely a 10/10 experience that I would happily do again! 🌊🐢⭐

If you are fortunate to be in Zakynthos, we very highly recommend this turtle & island tour. Captain Thanos is very thoughtful of tourists wanting to photograph turtles, the caves, the islands and the seascape. The tour included swimming and a visit to the turtle nesting grounds. It is worth your money.

We had an amazing boat trip in Zakynthos .seeing the turtles in their natural habitat was an unforgettable experience,and the beautiful sea caves were absolutely breathtaking. Ppl should know that there are swim stops, and all participating into this trip should have swiming equipment..that is what ppl should know in the first place. Good tour overalk

This is not a small boat, there was over 100 people on it. Also they do not drop you back at your hotel, if in kalamaki expect to be dropped up to 1km from your hotel. Trip was nice but Viator need to be honest in the description.

On the day of your trip, you traveled with our company’s bus to the port, where our official representative was present and gave clear instructions on where to wait for boarding. Instead of boarding our boat, you chose to embark on a vessel operated by a different company. The trip I booked was advertised as for a max 10 people however I wasn’t surprised after reading the reviews that the boat had over 30 on board.
The trip itself was well organised with pick up from the hotel exactly on time and the trip itself running exactly to the advertised timings.
However it all felt very formulaic, the captain was entertaining but not particularly informative.
The turtle spotting was like a scrum with multiple boats chasing turtles around the bay, crowding them and obviously having to run their engines constantly to prevent hitting the other boats.
This is not a respectful, quiet wildlife spotting opportunity, it felt like the tourist attraction that it was. It left me wondering how many of these beautiful creatures get inadvertently injured each year.
The rest of the trip was pleasant seeing some of the beautiful landscape but always with a crowd of other boats.

Overall, the company delivered on what the description stated. We saw a turtle, went for a swim, spent about an hour on the beach at turtle island, and passed by Cameo island. Also went to the Keri caves which wasn't on the description. Not a group of 10, but plenty of seating on the boat so it wasn't an issue. Finding the starting point of our tour was unclear, but with the use of WhatsApp, everything worked out.

Trip initialy cancelled due to bad weather but booking was transffered forward to the next day. Captain was great, changing the itinery round due to the sea still settling under the surface from the previous day. He took us back turtle spotting at the end of the trip and it was brilliant the way he could see things long before anyone else and be in the right place at the right time.

A lovely trip out on the water just after the storms in Greece.
Dennis was a fabulous guide. He shares lots of information about the turtles plus landmarks along the route.
The thing I didn’t like was that all the boats on the water crowd a turtle when they see one. The poor animals must be so stressed and scared. We were fortunate that Dennis saw one on our journey back to the port. It was seen, coo-ed over by those of us who were there and allowed to go on its way. Much nicer and more special than what we had witnessed at the beginning with all boats zoning in on the one poor turtle.
An hour spent at turtle beach is too long. This is a conservation project, so why have humans visiting the beach where they are nesting? Dirty humans leaving rubbish all over the beach doesn’t help either. If I’d had a bag with me, I’d prefer to have spent the time cleaning the beach rather than swimming.
I do think the advert needs to explain there is no facility to buy food or drink at any point on this trip though rather than just a comment to say food and drink not included

The actual tour was fabulous. Unfortunately there is not adequate information provided from Viator on timing and pickup location. The tour was 3 hours. We were on a ship. We were not advised until I searched for the tour company myself after having to CALL Viator to find the name of the tour operator that it required almost 45 minutes additional each direction to get to the boat. That makes it 4.5 - 5 hours. Very different when on a cruise and time is scarce. It was not clear that you do not depart from the same pier as the cruise ships but on the other side of the island. Once I had the company their communication was excellent. Also Zakythos is a tender port for cruise ships so it's hard to be sure when you will get off the ship. Tour company was very accommodating and made sure we got back on time, but it was stressful.
The tour was lovely. Captain was hilarious. Don't expect to see more than 2 or 3 turtles if you are lucky. The views were amazing and swimming stops excellent.

Chouette excursion. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Capitaine du bateau sympa et drôle. Nous avons vu 2 tortues en mer, dommage qu’elle soit entourée de 4 bateaux attendant qu’elle sorte pour respirer… Île des tortues bondée mais malheureusement, c’est le cas de tous les magnifiques lieux de l’île. Expérience positive tout de même. Par contre, j’ai réservé à 10h sur Viator, j’ai payé, et j’ai ensuite reçu un message disant que cet horaire n’était pas disponible. J’avais le choix entre 9h, 12h ou 15h, alors que ca m’arrangeait moins. Je n’ai pas eu le choix
