The sea was rough on the morning of our tour especially as the boat crested upon the waves and expect sea spray during the ride yet the sea currents changed the sea into a multitude of blue colors. Visiting the blue caves, it is a wonder to behold. The cliffs and the caves are breathtaking for nature lovers. We were able to view shipwreck beach (Navagio Beach). For photography lovers, it is worth the tour.

Beautiful Tour
Philliipo was a great tour guide! He was sweet, funny and knowledgeable of all of our destination spots and the history behind some of them. He allowed us ample time for pictures at some of our stops and dropped us off at the boat dock with plenty of time to spare before boarding to explore Zakynthos and Blue Caves tour. The boat captain was also extremely friendly and funny and allowed mu daughter to steer the boat which she enjoyed! Thank you all for the memorable experience:)

Well curated day. Plan...
Well curated day. Plan for a long day but eventful - carry a spare pair of clothes and cash for lunch / snacks / purchases along the way. Ease with pick up drop. Phillipos was a great guide.

Ionian Islands
Three exceptional sea caves (Blue Caves) on the Paxos island, Greece.
  • The Blue Caves can only be accessed by sea, either on a day cruise or via one of the tourist boats that depart from a nearby beach.

  • Bring your camera to capture the colorful caves.

  • Passengers must be agile enough to board and disembark on boat tours, so travelers with limited mobility should confirm accessibility in advance.

  • Be sure to wear a hat and sunscreen to protect yourself from the Mediterranean sun.

  • Most boat tours that include a stop for swimming provide snorkeling gear, but bring your own swimsuit and towel.
