Company contacted me on WhatsApp beforehand to confirm they had the booking. Driver was waiting, well situated and holding the company sign. A smooth ride followed in a modern car.

It was very seamless. I wasn’t sure greeted on arrival and transferred to my hotel. Car was clean and comfortable. Driver kept the temperature comfortable. I would use this service again.

Really wanted to be able to give 5 stars but unfortunately can’t, the communication was really good beforehand telling me what to look for and when my driver would be there only to come out of arrivals around 40 minutes after landing and nobody was there, had to call up and they did get someone to us but had to wait another 20-25 minutes and search for the car outside which we didn’t need at 1am in the morning, the car was nice and clean and driver was polite though

Unfortunately, I cannot give an excellent review. After giving the exact name and address and the specific needs they weren’t done. The driver seemed very unhappy and took us to the wrong hotel even after we showed him on our phones and told him multiple times. It was very frustrating. In the end, we did get to our hotel after insisting.

The company claims the driver arrived for pickup but after looking for approximately an hour my fiancée was unable to find the driver and had to find herself a taxi.
The company still then charged for services not rendered.
Wish it was possible to give negative stars.

Our driver was perfect! Was there in time early morning in Yerevan when our flight landed with name on paper. Was very grateful for the service as there are a lot of taxis hassling to get a rider to drive into city.
He helped us with our bag and waited with us till our Airbnb host came to the apartment to open it for us and even took our bags up to the apartment for us.
