The gata recipe she teaches is very good, but perhaps because I was the only student she hardly corrected me on anything and I had to be very attentive to what she was doing. However, she let my husband make a video of a large part of the class. Perhaps a suggestion, that she provide the written recipe before the class so I can read it beforehand and thus ask questions during the preparation. I had to remind her several times to give me the written recipe and I think I succeeded because I stayed in the same place. Finally, she gave me the recipe handwritten and with measurements in glasses (the glasses are all different)....I did the measurement by converting it to cups because that, yes, has more or less the same grams. She should give the measurements in grams
