We had a really great time on our food tour. The guide, Vlada was a really nice guy, spoke excellent English and really made us feel welcome. We went to some great places and got to try traditional Polish cuisine which is exactly what we wanted. He was really knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this tour.

We had a really great time on our food tour. The guide, Vlada was a really nice guy, spoke excellent English and really made us feel welcome. We went to some great places and got to try traditional Polish cuisine which is exactly what we wanted. He was really knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this tour.

Not good value for money.
My partner and I booked this tour and were very excited. We paid £157.
Vlada (our guide) was lovely and super knowledgeable and the tour does show you some really good spots for food. However, this experience feels wildly over priced.
Wroclaw is very affordable for food and you’re better off not booking the tour.
We worked it out, as we had access to the menus listed in the prices, and at most the amount of food consumed was between £50 to £60 in total. Please be mindful that most of this is between 3 people, my partner, the guide and myself.
I absolutely believe and support people should be compensated for their time and knowledge, but the amount and types of food we got makes this feel very overpriced.
Additionally, the tour is advertised as visiting 5 different food spots and we only went to 4 places, one being a take away donut shop (no sitting). The beer included is a small 0.15l and 1 shot of vodka liqueur
Overall, avoid booking.

We can also compare our experience to guided tours that cost €70–80 per person, where no food or drinks are included. In our case, for just an additional €20–30, guests receive a full culinary experience.
We apologize, but we are not willing to work for free.
Of course, if you prefer to dine on your own, we do not gatekeep any of the restaurants. We regularly share our recommendations on social media and on our blog, so you are more than welcome to visit them independently and pay the menu prices directly.

Vlada and his selections to introduce you to good Polish food. We did a tour with him 2 years ago and loved it and this time we loved it even more. Every place had a different atmosphere and the food choices he selected were delicious. The vodka was excellent. Polish food has become a favorite of ours due to Vlada's careful attention to his customers likes.

This review is NOT a reflection of our tour guide. He was excellent. The review is a reflection of the Outrageously Over priced, ripoff of an amount charged by the tour operator. Food in Poland is Very Cheap!!! We paid $100 US dollars per person for what amounted to Maybe $25 worth of food per person (if that much). There were 3 couples on this tour and I know for a Fact that at least one of the couples didn’t pay anything (perhaps their company did but if so likely at a much reduced rate) because they are travel agents and told me they didn’t pay for the tour. I got the impression that the other couple somehow paid less or nothing as well. So at $100 per person I felt like we were somehow subsidizing the tour. For $200 US dollars we could have enjoyed dinner for two at a fine restaurant from soup to nuts with a bottle of wine and still have plenty of money left over. I know this because we had many fine dinners in Poland for under $100 US for two people, everything included.

First, everyone joining our regular tours pays the same rate. We do not offer reduced rates for travel agents or any other participants. From time to time, we organize test tours for partners in the industry, but those are separate from our regular public tours.
Second, while food in Poland may seem inexpensive compared to other countries, our tours are about much more than just the cost of the dishes. You are paying not only for the food, but also for a curated cultural experience, logistics, organization, and, importantly, for the work of your guide, who is fairly compensated for their expertise and time.
We are also fully transparent about our pricing and what the tour includes. Before booking, every guest can see the cost, how many dishes are included, and what to expect. We don’t hide anything — and you are always welcome to check the prices of the dishes at the restaurants in Poland. Each potential guest can then decide whether they prefer to dine on their own in a restaurant or join a guided experience, which offers context, storytelling, and cultural background that dining alone does not provide.
Our goal is to share Polish cuisine and culture in an authentic and meaningful way, and we’re sorry to hear that the value of the overall experience did not meet your expectations.

A great tour with Vlada. Come hungry cause there's plenty of food to try. We got a wide assortment of foods from perogi to sausage to cheese and donuts. Food tours are a great way to discover a city and Vlada did a great job.

My wife and I had a great evening with Vlada. He was very personable and passionate about Polish food. The food was plentiful and delicious making it a great value tour. Our guide Julia was superb. With her expert knowledge of the city, together with the iPad photos of what it used to look like or still does look like inside buildings, we got a true sense of the real Wroclaw.
The food was amazing. Lots of taster dishes (we didn't need an evening meal afterward!) , all in restaurants we would never have found or tried on our own.
Finished off with local vodka and beer, as well as fruit lemonade. All excellent!

Really enjoyable tour, very tasty traditional Polish food. Guide was interesting & friendly. Only issue is that they don’t provide you with a drink until the 4th stop which was a bit odd.

Excellent food choices, something for everyone and we left feeling as though we had eaten a full meal. Servings were more than generous. Our guide was very knowledgeable and we learned a lot about food in Poland and the influence of communism in the evolution of restaurants. Wouldn't change a thing and would go again!

An excellent tour with a party of four. It was supposed to be three hours but ours lasted four hours due to our guide taking us on an extended tour of the central area.
We expected tastes of various dishes and drinks but they turned out to be full portions. No need for an evening meal.

My husband and I were very glad we booked this food tour it was the highlight of our visit to Wroclaw! We were the only ones on the tour, so we felt like we had a really great chance to get to know our tour guide and learn a lot about the food and culture of Poland. We especially enjoyed sampling the sausages/kielbasa at the Hala Targowa indoor market and the traditional soup in bread bowl at one of the many restaurants we visited. The description does not lie this food tour definitely substitutes for a meal! We highly recommend this when visiting Wroclaw. We would not hesitate to repeat this again when we return to Wroclaw.
