My tour was scheduled to start at 10am. At 10:01am no one has met me per the meet up instructions. I called the operator and he informed me the tour was cancelled. They quickly processed the refund and gave me complimentary access to the communism mini museum however informing me of the cancellation only because I called since they were late is very unprofessional. The operator needs to be held accountable so they don’t do this to others.
My expectations were way too high for this tour. Up front I'll say that it was a hot day and they do warn you that the retro bus is not air conditioned, but it was nearly unbearable inside. That aside, the tour was totally underwhelming. The guide was mediocre and offered next to no information about what we were seeing. His English was limited, too, which made it harder. Not that the ONLY place you enter on thus tour is the Museum of Life Under Communism (which is tiny)....nothing more. This tour was not worth the price or time.

Hello, we apologize for the hot in car. Vans are old and we inform before the trip that there is no AC. About the guide we are surprised as we work with Kacper many years and all other guests were very satisfied about his english and informations given during the tour.
Arturo was amazing!! He took us on a fun trip around the town and educated our group. The teenagers in our group even loved it and said it was one of the tours they have ever had! Strongly suggest!

We got tricked. Thought we were taking the small-group heritage communism tour that we had booked but when we showed up the same vendor Adventure tours was running another tour, the Warsaw adventure tour, and even though he saw our voucher for the Small Group Heritage Communism tour, our guide Lucas told us to get into the bus. Since no one from the company called us to say we were missing from the other tour, we think this was probably deliberate as they probably did not have any other people on the tour we were going to take and decided to cut corners by quickly including us in the tour which did have customers so they would not have to run a separate van or guide. We only realized this halfway through the tour when I questioned why we were not going to the iconic Palace of Culture and Science and being told it was not part of the tour. Nor did the guide take anyone to the museum of communism which by the way was included on both our original tour and the adventure tour we were hustled into. There were some hushed phone calls between his office and him which appeared to suggest that our situation was known and if not planned, at least overlooked.
Having said that, some of the features of the adventure tour and the enthusiasm of the guide was commendable, only wish I could write about the original Small Group Heritage Communism tour!
Enjoyed my time but the trip was a bit disorganized...spent a long time picking up extra guests. Guide was knowledgeable but I was never clear about where we we going. Great value but the visit to the deserted bazaar was a waste of time
