      We got cancelled since they said they are out of capacity and ask if we can shift it to 2 days later. That’s ridiculous. Obviously, the system is not timely or they do overselling. It is quite painful when you set everything up and the schedule got totally devastated. My mum was so disappointed and normally you do a day trip to this island if you are traveller. We even stay one more night and still don’t help. I don’t know it was the problem of viator or the service provider. I shift my plan for that and make a room for the schedule . However, for a beginner , I am disappointed and feel helpless about my situation .

      Good Afternoon Jazz, We are very sorry that we could not provide the service to you, but we only received your booking from Viator approximately 5 hours prior to the requested departure time. As our flights are subject to aircraft availability and scheduling, we unfortunately weren’t able to secure an aircraft on such short notice. This isn’t a case of overselling, but rather the operational limitations involved in coordinating flights safely and reliably. A full refund was provided straight away. We always recommend booking in advance, especially for our most popular scenics, to ensure availability and avoid situations like this. Nga Mihi
