We pick up travelers from their hotels and the airport, for those that would want to be picked up from places other than hotels and the airport they must clearly specify their rendezvous points with our drivers. Our vehicles are clearly marked and our staff is always in a branded uniform. Kindly note that we are unable to pickup from the Zambian side but we can pickup from the border.

This experience was incredible! They picked us up on time. We chose an early booking, which I think was the best. It was empty and did not feel rushed at all. We got to meet 2 large elephants and a baby elephant. We were able to feed them and walk with them. The guide made us feel safe and we're very knowledgeable.
Would definitely recommend this up close and personal experience.

Walk with elephants, pet elephants and feed elephants. My wife and I loved it. We also had an encounter with a couple warthogs that followed. They may have been looking for the food pellets the elephants dropped.

It sounds like the warthogs also decided to join in on the adventure—those little surprise encounters often make the experience even more memorable! They do tend to follow along hoping to find a few leftover pellets from the elephants.

Nice getting up close to the elephants. Got to feed them, touch them, and learn about them. They seem to be healthy and well cared for. The staff & trainers were very friendly and knowledgeable. We went in winter (July) so it wasn’t warm enough for them to get in the water or mud to play for us, which was disappointing, but it probably meant we had more time with them. The staff took lots of photos of us with our cameras and a video with theirs, which they sell (we didn’t buy it, but it is available). You can add on an experience with lions or cheetahs or even riding the elephants if you want. It was about an hour long, and they picked us up and dropped us back at our hotel.

Was amazing to get up close and personal with these gentle giants. Learned so much about them while feeding them. A must do while in Victoria falls and same place as the cheetah and lion encounters. They do amazing work

This company does not have an account with Viator. I booked with Viator and when I got there, they asked me to pay. I asked if they had internet to show I had paid through Viator, and they said they did not. There were a few phone calls made and some woman said that I had to book through their company website. The experience was fun, but you need to book through their own website.
