Excellent tour on both sides of the Falls. Both guides were very informative. We appreciated the mist protection that was provided.

Had an excellent trip and can definitely recommend doing both side of Victoria Falls. Our guides, Delphister in Zambia and Michael in Zimbabwe, were engaging and knowledgeable. If you visit when the falls are at their strongest, be prepared to be very wet, but drying out didn't take long.
The whole day was very well organised and they made sure our border crossings were as easy as possible. Lunch was organised for us at a riverside cafe.
Tip for UK visitors, get a Kanza visa for Zimbabwe so you can go back and forth, no visa needed for Zambia.
Should be a top trip if you are in Victoria Falls.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review and recommendation! We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed exploring both sides of the majestic and that Delphister and Michael helped make your experience engaging, informative, and seamless throughout the day.
You’re absolutely right — during peak water flow, getting soaked is all part of the adventure! We’re glad everything was well organised, including the border crossings and riverside lunch stop.
Thank you as well for sharing the helpful KAZA visa tip for future visitors from the UK. We truly appreciate your kind words and hope to welcome you back again for another unforgettable adventure!

We had a wonderful time on this tour.
We started with our excellent guide, Mikel, for the Zimbabwe side of Victoria Falls. He was incredibly kind, gentle, and attentive. He explained the history very well and always made sure we were aware of what was ahead. We wore shoe covers, pants protection, and raincoats — and we were very glad we did.
Then we continued with another wonderful guide, Delphister, for the Zambia side. After walking for two hours on the Zimbabwe side, we were quite tired, and she took extra care to adjust the pace for us. The highlight of the Zambia side was the bridge — we had no idea there was a bridge that lets you cross over Victoria Falls to the island. It was exciting and, for me, almost a little scary.
A few tips: going from Zimbabwe out → Zambia in → Zambia out → Zimbabwe in is a time‑consuming process, but our two amazing guides made it as smooth and convenient as possible. We really appreciated that.
I was also communicating with Shelton, who responded very quickly and was completely transparent about everything. We asked whether the following arrangement was possible — and he organized it perfectly, including transfers and a very reasonable price:
08:30 AM – Pickup from Shrub Lodge
08:45 AM – 01:00 PM – Private Guided Tour of Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe and Zambia sides)
01:00 PM – Lunch at The Lookout Café (meals and drinks paid directly at the restaurant)
02:30 PM – Helicopter Scenic Flight over Victoria Falls
Approximately 04:00 PM – Return to the hotel
We highly recommend arranging your tour with Shelton.

Thank you so much for your detailed and thoughtful review—we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us.
We’re delighted to hear that you had such a memorable day exploring with Micheal and Delphister. It’s wonderful to know that they took great care of you, explained everything clearly, and adjusted the pace to keep you comfortable throughout the tour.
We’re also glad you enjoyed the different highlights on both sides, especially the bridge experience—it’s definitely one of those exciting moments that surprises many visitors!
Thank you as well for mentioning the organization and communication. It was a pleasure assisting you in planning your day, and we’re happy everything—from the guided tour to lunch and the helicopter flight—ran smoothly as planned.
Your tips about the border process will also be very helpful for future travelers, and we appreciate you sharing that insight.
It was truly a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you again for another adventure in the future.

A bit of a mixed experience. The guide for the Zimbabwe side was amazing, he was so knowledgeable and friendly. You could tell he was passionate about his job. The Zambian guide wasn't nearly as good. He didn't really say much and offered absolutely no help during the border crossing. Transportation between the Zambian side was very late, probably waited 45 mins. I had to actually call the tour company because the Zambian guide kept saying the transport is close by but they never came. It was tough because I was with my elderly mum who couldn't stand in the Sun for so long. Zambian guide also didn't tell us that we had to complete the Zimbabwe immigration form again when entering so we only found out when the Zimbabwean guide arrived and then took another 15 mins to get through immigration. Also, we were never given bottled water even though the inclusions lists it. We specifically left our water at home because of this and then had to buy when on the tour. Please note that there is also a lot of walking (over 5km for both sides) so probably not the best for older people.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We truly appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us improve our service.
We’re very happy to hear that you enjoyed your experience on the Zimbabwe side and that the guide made a strong, positive impression. We’ll be sure to pass along your kind words to him , it means a lot to our team.
That said, we are genuinely sorry for the challenges you faced on the Zambia side. The delay in transportation, lack of clear communication during the border crossing, and insufficient guidance from the Zambian guide are not the standard we aim to provide. We also understand how difficult the wait must have been, especially traveling with your elderly mother in the heat that’s certainly not acceptable, and we sincerely apologize for that experience.
Regarding the bottled water, you are absolutely right to expect it as part of the inclusions, and we regret that this was missed. We will follow up internally to ensure this does not happen again.
Your note about the walking distance is also very important, and we will make sure to communicate this more clearly to future guests, especially those traveling with elderly family members.
Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention. We truly value your feedback and hope we may have the opportunity to provide you with a much smoother and more enjoyable experience in the future.

This is a must visit, the Falls are spectacular and exceeded my expectations by some margin.
My guides (Shelton and Delphister) were brilliant. They were informative, helpful and considerate, I couldn't have asked for anyone better.
