The barbeque was terrible the Safari was poor but the driver was very nice. It was not at all what we expected.

We always strive to provide a memorable and authentic experience, and we would have greatly appreciated more detailed or constructive feedback to help us improve. Vague comments make it difficult for us to understand what went wrong and how to fix it. Just to clarify, the BBQ was provided by a highly regarded local braai restaurant here in Victoria Falls, along with fresh ash bread and braai salad. As for the safari, it took place in Chamabondo National Park – a genuine, unfenced wilderness area where wildlife moves freely. It's not a zoo or a fenced game reserve, so animal sightings can vary and are never guaranteed. That unpredictability is part of the true safari experience. The guide assigned to you is a full-time member of our team – experienced, professional, and well-qualified. We trust his skills and commitment deeply. We sincerely hope that if you choose to return, you’ll allow us the chance to serve you better – and please, feel free to share more detailed feedback in the future so we can grow and improve.
