- Please ensure that all infants and children are included in the total headcount when making your reservation, as they are counted as part of the group for entry.
- Guests are required to enter the Palace with their guide. Tickets cannot be sent to guests before or after the tour. All participants must arrive at the designated meeting point and stay with the guide to enter the palace. Please note that latecomers will not be eligible for a refund if they miss the tour.
- Please note that this activity requires a minimum number of travelers to operate. If the minimum number is not met, we will offer you the option to reschedule for another date or time.
- Guests should allow ample time to reach the Palace, as arriving 15-minutes before the scheduled start time is essential for a smooth tour experience. This ensures that the tour can begin on time without delays.
- IDs for all participants are required; a digital copy is sufficient.
- RER Line C offers easy access to the Palace of Versailles, with frequent trains (every 15–30 minutes) and a 30–40 minute journey from central Paris.
- Please note that wheelchair users cannot be accommodated on this tour. For personalized attention and care, we recommend opting for a private tour.

Versailles tours are limited to 1.5 hours, covering 400 years of history, so the content must remain focused. The guide adapts based on guests’ engagement—your €20 tip suggested satisfaction at the time.

Tour guide was knowledgable. However, at beginning of tour we made it clear one of our parties was a limited walker and we would need a metting place iif she had to forego part of the tour. The tour guide was not helpful, and when we asked again after 70 minutes of walking suggested a restaurant which was another 3,000 steps away

Thank you for your feedback. While we are glad you found the guide knowledgeable, we regret the challenges faced during the visit. As noted in the tour description, this experience is not suitable for guests with mobility concerns, and we generally recommend a private tour for those needing a tailored pace or accommodations. The layout of Versailles is vast and historically designed as a sequence of interconnected rooms with no seating or early exits available until after at least an hour of walking, and only emergency exits are accessible under staff supervision. During the tour it was also unclear whether your companion wished to rest temporarily or leave the visit altogether, so the guide suggested the nearest possible option in the gardens where seating was available and where you could remain together. Given the scale of the palace, any solution would still require significant walking distance. We truly empathize with the difficulty this caused and encourage future guests with mobility concerns to consider private tours for a more comfortable experience. Regards, VOYAGE Management

Great guide. But this company, I believe, lied to me, writing the day before seeking to move our reserved tour to another time - allegedly because of a threatened strike by Versailles personnel. It seemed the real reason was that our small group tour (up to 10 people) had been booked only by myself and my granddaughter, and the company wanted to combine us with another group.

While we are pleased you enjoyed the guide, we cannot leave your accusation unanswered. The adjustment was caused by a potential official delayed opening at Versailles that morning, and all our guests were informed. Every other traveler accepted the revised schedule. Since you were leaving Paris the same day, we could have rightfully cancelled, yet instead we extended you a private tour at no extra cost as a gesture of goodwill and took the risk!
To suggest we “lied” after receiving a service far beyond what you booked is both incorrect and unfair. Our policy is transparent: tours may require a minimum number of participants to operate, and when this is the case, groups can be combined. There would never be a reason to conceal this.
We pride ourselves on honesty and on going the extra mile for our guests — as we did for you.

Rawda, our Guide, was Excellent! She is knowledgeable , funny and engaging. The Versaille Hall rooms were Extremely Crowded and it was difficult to move between rooms because of the size of the crowds.
