Praveen is from Varanasi and has a wealth of knowledge of the area, its culture and history. The tour is well paced and is a great way to experience Varansi, would definitely recommend.

run away from this tour and from this company viator that solve nothing

I took the tour today but it wasn't as long as it was in the advertisement, the whole route was done on foot, there was no private transport nor tuc tuc it was done on foot with a sun of more than 30 degrees, all the entrance fees I had to pay mine and the guide! moreover a boat trip was included but the guide made me pay five thousand rupees for the boat trip so I had to pay more now looking at the description of the tour I see that I was deceived! Not to mention that when I went to buy water the guide opened it and drank it first while I paid I felt ripped off and ripped off because there was no transport and the boat ride that is included in the description I had to pay five thousand rupees to do that, I wanted at least the refund for this tour because I was scammed by you! But Viator itself didn't even want to resolve the matter, I was deceived so much by the guide and by Viator that they didn't want to help in anything or refund the expense I had with a boat trip that the guide charged me, since this was already included in the price that I paid for the tour

Dear Guest First please don't mislead our guest(customer) with baseless allegation . Our tour start from early Morning but the guest arrived late morning. Due to the limited time we provide our best service. on demand by guest of having extra boating that was charged or paid .

everything was ok... PRAVEEN is the best guide u can have in varanasi...he came at 04.50 am in our hotel and we started the tour in varanasi till late afternoon [20.30] he loves his city and his work ..we saw everything with the best way thank u Pravven
