Really great way to see the city, particularly on a sunny day. Our guide was Chi and she was amazing - very knowledgeable with a sparkling personality and really cared that each member of the group enjoyed the experience. The cycling was easygoing and we pushed the bikes up the steeper bits. Saw lots of different parts of the city.

One of the very best days of a two week vacation that took us from Fairbanks to Vancouver! The Stanley Park Bike Tour exceeded all expectations - and we had high expectations! First the weather was glorious - which is always a plus. The meet up and bike rental location ended up being right behind our hotel - total bonus. The bikes, from Spokes Bicycle Rental, were super comfortable and in really good condition. We chose the "cruiser" models and had the most comfy seats. They have the most helpful and engaging staff! Our guide, Redwan (hope my spelling is close) was outstanding. The route he chose was flat and full of interesting stops - we learned about the history, cultural and nature of the park, the city, and the region all while pedaling from great location to yet another great location. The time flew by! It is amazing how close Stanley Park is to downtown and, yet, how far away the city seemed as soon as we crossed into the park. Can't say enough about this park and this tour, specifically. If you are in Vancouver, for even a day, this is a must do.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed exploring the city with us — especially on a sunny day, which makes Vancouver even more impressive. Chi will be thrilled to know that her knowledge, energy, and care for every guest helped make your tour memorable. We’re very proud of her and the passion she brings to each ride. We’re also glad to hear the cycling pace felt comfortable and that the group could easily walk the bikes on the steeper parts — our goal is always to keep the experience enjoyable for everyone. It’s great that you were able to see so many different sides of the city along the way. Thank you again for your lovely review. We hope to welcome you back for another adventure soon!

I would say overall...

Kate_L, Sep 2025
I would say overall mediocre. Nothing particularly wrong, but it was just a bike ride with a couple of facts. We could have just rented the public bikes and looked up where to go for much cheaper and had a similar experience. Fiorella was very nice, but not super engaging, and with how much bike traffic there was there was not a ton effort into making sure the group was always able to take off together. Also, the tour was about 2 hours 15 min, not 3 hours as advertised.

Response from Host, Sep 2025

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re glad to hear that you found Fiorella kind, though we’re sorry to learn that the tour overall felt underwhelming compared to your expectations. Your comments about pacing, group coordination, and timing are very valuable, and we’ll be reviewing these points closely with our team to ensure our guests feel both engaged and well looked after throughout the entire tour. We also appreciate you pointing out the difference in tour duration, and we’ll work to align this more clearly with what’s advertised. Feedback like yours helps us continue improving, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to let us know.

The Tour began 30 minutes...

Steven_B, Aug 2025
The Tour began 30 minutes later than was advertised and it was over in 2 hours and 15 minutes, not 3 hours as was advertised. The guide has a take a 15 minute break in a spot that wasn't the best. It appeared that he simply wanted something to eat.

Response from Host, Sep 2025

Hi Steven, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience wasn’t exactly as you expected. Sometimes the tour may start a little later as we prepare all the bicycles and occasionally allow a short courtesy period for guests who arrive slightly late. Similarly, on some occasions the tour may end a bit earlier due to traffic or the number of participants. Please know that we will pay close attention to our guides to ensure they provide the best possible experience in the future. Thank you again for sharing your comments; they truly help us improve.

Nice bike ride in Stanly Park.

Andrew_T, Aug 2025
Nice bike ride around the park with some history and information on some historic spots. We rented the E bikes, and paid extra, but it was not required because it’s not very hilly at all. Just a little uphill at the end.

Response from Host, Mar 2026

Thank you for the great review! We’re glad you enjoyed the bike ride around the park and learning about some of its historic spots along the way. That’s also a helpful note about the e-bikes—while they can make the ride even more relaxed, you’re absolutely right that the route is generally gentle with only a small uphill section. Thanks again for joining us, and we hope to see you again on another ride!

Bike Tour of Stanley Park

You learn the history of Stanley Park and Vancouver at each stop on your bike ride, so much more interesting than riding by them on your own.

Response from Host, Mar 2026

Thank you for the great review! We’re so glad you enjoyed learning the history of Stanley Park and Vancouver at each stop along the ride. It’s wonderful to hear the guided experience made it more interesting than exploring on your own. We hope to welcome you back for another tour soon!

Enjoyable Bike Ride

Michael_Q, Jul 2025
Enjoyable bike ride with a great guide. Would have bikes to go out on our own if we time the following day.

Response from Host, Oct 2025

Fun tour with great views

Beatriz_G, Jul 2025
I had a blast doing the Stanley bike tour. Ondrej was our guide and he did very well even when a nasty old lady at the park decided to harass our group. Ondrej remained very professional and handled it well. He apologized to the group which he didn't need to do since he wasn't at fault and made sure that the incident didn't affect the remainder of the tour. It was great to see the different areas of Stanley park and go through the trails. The other people in the group were all friendly and we had a nice time chatting and going around. Definitely recommend for those travelling alone.

Response from Host, Mar 2026

Thank you so much for the thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear you had such a great time on the Stanley Park bike tour with Ondrej. He’ll be glad to know his professionalism and calm approach helped keep the experience enjoyable for everyone, even during an unexpected moment. It’s wonderful that you enjoyed exploring the different areas and trails of Stanley Park, and that the group atmosphere made the ride even more fun—especially for solo travelers. We truly appreciate the recommendation and hope to welcome you back on another tour soon

Nice ride, beautiful scenery.

Michael_V, Jul 2025
Nice tour but our guide needed to recognize he had to wait for the full group at stops before talking and give a few moments for people who might want to take some photos at scenic areas. A bit more history might be nice, too.

Response from Host, Oct 2025

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the tour overall. We appreciate your suggestions regarding pacing at stops and allowing time for photos, as well as including a bit more history,we’ll share this with our guides to help improve future tours. Your input is very valuable, and we hope to welcome you on another tour soon!

It was great, but if you...

Alexa_R, Jul 2025
It was great, but if you want to tip your guide you might need cash as I haven’t figured out how to provide using a card.

Response from Host, Jul 2025

Thank you! We will make sure our card readers are working for future tours.

Intimate bike tour of Stanley Park

Laura_R, Jul 2025
Easy ride through Stanley Park. It is fun having a tour guide point out things I would miss if I went on my own. Daniel was terrific and gave me other recommendations while in the city. There were only 3 of us on the tour.

Great casual bike ride filled with history!

Stanley Park bike tour

Cindy_B, Sep 2024
The Guide was very friendly and conscientious. He provided information without going on too long. He had photos to add interest to the stop talks that really helped you visualize the points he was speaking about. The bikes were in good condition and rode comfortably and worked with out any issues It was a lovely bike ride at a comfortable pace. The guide checked in with everyone in the group to make sure that we were all comfortable and if we could handle a longer ride or needed additional breaks I would recommend this tour and our guide

Beautiful sites and fun time

John_M, Jun 2024
The Vancouver bike tour was great! The tour through Stanley Park and around the seawall is so beautiful. Our tour guide Andrew was great, informative and fun to be with.

Fun way to see Vancouver!

Debbie_K, Jun 2024
A great tour. Redwin was knowledgeable and very personable. At the totem park Redwin filled us in on the First Nation history. My only constructive criticism is that Redwin could have ridden a little slower. There was no pressure to keep up but it was a little fast at times.

Stanley Park bike ride

Philip_A, Jun 2024
The guide was knowledgeable and provided appropriate content about key po I nts during the trip. However, this trip is not for infrequent or inexperienced bike riders. There are only a few steep inclines but they overpowered the riders who were not good experienced riders. If there are inexperienced riders in the group, the use of an electric bike to help negotiate the inclines is advised. The guide and other riders in our group were patient and encouraging. But the use of supplemental power to help propel the bike is advised. Enjoy the ride by not struggling to keep up, Keep your balance or by becoming frustrated. Good tour, good guide, good luck.

Response from Host, Sep 2025

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the tour and found your guide knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. You make a great point about the bike inclines, electric bikes are a helpful option for those less experienced or who prefer a more comfortable ride. We appreciate you sharing this tip, as it can help future riders have an even better experience. We’re happy you enjoyed the ride and hope to welcome you back on another tour soon
