Fantastic experience made fun and informative by Lucas. He asked us how we wanted our tour to be pitched and did exactly as we wanted. He is a real asset to the company , made our trip very enjoyable.

Lukas did a great job on the Tuk Tuk tour. He was entertaining and very knowledgeable. It was a bit hard to hear him at times over the traffic noise but that's not his fault.

Wow the wealth of knowledge our driver had was fantastic. He told us all about the history as we drove around. He was super helpful with my mum who is a wheelchair user. 5 star service and would definitely recommend.

I always enjoy the Tuk Tuk's and while I did not get to go on this one due to a travel snafu on the airlines' behalf, I do rate it 5 stars as they were very kind to grant us a refund even though it was not their fault or mine.

We made arrangements weeks in advance to have a Tuk Tuk meet us outside the main entrance of the aquarium at 1 PM. We waited in the 85 degree heat for 20 minutes and then gave up. I didn’t have WiFi when in Valencia but later in the day I saw an email acknowledging my request for a refund and advising it was on the way. I guess that was their way of letting us know they weren’t going to show up. Left us with no plans for the afternoon and with multiple cruise ships in town, we didn’t have many options. Went back to the ship without seeing Valencia. Beyond disappointing.

First of all, we tried to accomodate the tour as you needed and requested from the beginning. On the morning of that date, we had a serious mechanical problem on our unique vehicle and we were obligated to cancel all the reservations for that date. This mechanical problem is persisting today. Personally, I tried to inform you about it when this happened, but I didn't get it. Therefore, we just sent you an advise about the refund request. Anyway, we really sorry about this terrible situtation and all incoveniences which we were could origin you.

We had SUCH a good time with Lucas our tour guide. He was very informative and madd sure we were able to see all the history of Valencia. The Tuk Tuk was super fun to ride in and very comfortable.

The tour guide was very enthusiastic and had lots of energy. Because of some miscommunication we went to the departure point but he came to our hotel instead. We could have saved some time and taxi money. Others the trip was a great way to see the important landmarks in a very short time.
