It was very nicely done. The chef was very attentive and really showed us the techniques, not just the recipe. The information shared was very interesting. He was very good teaching my 18 year old son. The food was delicious and sharing the experience with other tourists was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Overall, my partner and I had a wonderful experience at our cooking class. Before the class began, we received a detailed explanation of Bali's culture and religion, which we both found very fascinating. The subsequent cooking class was very understandable, and great emphasis was placed on safety. Particular attention was paid to hygiene and food safety, so we didn't have to worry about getting sick and didn't get sick. The meal that followed was also delicious; for me, the best meal after two weeks in Bali. Finally, we received a list of recipes and ingredients so we can recreate the dishes at home in Germany. Do not book this class. It is a middleman who will not contact you about your pick up until you hassle them via viator. They only confirmed my class at 8pm the night before with no communication before I messaged them. The class itself is Canting Cooking Class which was ok. It is better to book direct so that you get clear communication and you support locals. I liked the market visit and our host was lovely but the cooking was split between all participants. You also don't get your own dish, the food is prepared mostly by staff and you eat buffet style afterwards. Ultimately we didn't have 5 hrs to do the other longer classes so opted for this one.

No one picked me up, couldn't get ahold of tour operator, got a message an hour later saying they weren't running the class. I get it, things happen in a small business but at least let your customers know in advance.

We were picked up at our hotel in ubud even though not on the list. Just choose on the list and add a note. The cooking class was great. You could participate as much or as little as you like. I enjoyed taking a few photos so did not participate cooking all the dishes. Even though the rest of the group were young adults we all blended internationally. It went for longer than expected. You do not need a meal afterwards. Delicious and they will tone down ingredients on demand.

Honestly such a great cooking class. Our class was just my partner and myself as it must of been low season. The food was delicious and the host was super friendly and even gave us an interesting history and lessons on Bali culture.

The chef was very knowledgeable about Balinese culture and cuisine and patient with each of us novice chefs. We made many delicious recipes and enjoyed eating all of them together in our group following our cooking class. We received a cookbook of all the recipes before leaving. Kitchen setting is beautiful, ingredients were fresh and fun was had by all! You won’t regret booking this class. I highly recommend it!

We were collected in Ubud which was very convenient. The cooking class was really enjoyable and fun. We got to make the secret sauce of the balinese people which was super yummy. We made 9 dishes and a dessert which was more than any cooking class I've ever been too. The best part was getting to eat it all at the end. The staff were so lovely and really helpful, guiding us all the way. Would 10/10 recommend to everyone to try as a fun and culture learning activity.

Superb taste and human experience. We were a group of 16 and as the course progressed we bonded with the other participants. The locals are super nice and the dishes we prepared, excellent. I highly recommend.
