The guide Widi was perfect. Good timing and planning of our desired destinations. We got a lot of historical and cultural information which we appreciated and were looking for. Coffee and tee tasting just felt rather like a scam (f.ex no herbal tee but overpriced powder in the shop) but thats not the drivers fault ... After this experience we skipped chocolate tasting in order to prevent similar experience. Widi then proposed another temple instead which was great decision

If I could give Widi 10 stars instead of 5, I definitely would. He was early to pick us up, accompanied us at all stops including the Uluwatu temple and picked us up promptly when we were ready to move on. Highly recommend!

Our driver and tour guide, Widi, was excellent - he turned up early, his car was spotless, and he drove us safely everywhere we wanted to go. He was very patient and kind, made some good suggestions to my itinerary, and provided us with interesting commentary on Balinese history and culture between our trips, as well as guiding us around the locations we'd chosen. It was raining slightly so he brought umbrellas for us. We asked for a drop off in a different area to our pick up and he happily obliged. Highly recommended!

This was a fantastic experience. My driver Widi was the best! He kept me well informed about the history of Bali. I told him where I wanted to go (Heaven's Gate and to do a Bali swing) and he told me how long it will take. We went from Kuta to Heaven's Gate, and while waiting for my turn for photos at Heaven's Gate he suggested I do the Bali swing, nearby. He waited with me until the ran stopped so I would have amazing photos. I could not have asked for a better driver. I highly recommend!

Pak Sumono took us to the Kintamani highland, Tegalalan Rice Fields, Besakih Temple and Umur Tri Enda. He speaks fluent English and he has rich knowledge about Bali island and its Hinduism Culture.

We booked this trip for five of us only the day before. Our driver Widi arrived on time at our hotel. We weren’t sure where we wanted to go so he gave us some ideas and we planned the day together. He was absolutely lovely. Very knowledgable. He over heard one of our group discussing her wood carvings and asked if we wanted to go to a wood carving demonstration. We squeezed it into our itinerary and our friend was over the moon. Widi was patient, attentive and took great care to ensure we had a fab day. Loved it.

The first driver was good enough, but saw nothing because we got stuck in Sanur in non moving traffic for two hours (due to an accident so not their fault). We decided to salvage the day and turn around to the hotel which took us another hour. The first thing driver said was that there were no refunds. I want even looking for that , but that being the first thing out of their mouth really turned me off. I contacted Viator and shortly after the company contacted me and offered to reschedule, which I did, minus petrol for the first day. The second driver seemed nice enough and took took us to Besikih temple as one of our stops. We paid entrance fee and took the shuttle up to the temple. When we got off, we were swarmed by women selling offerings . I’m used to kuta, where you’re on guard for that, but these women were especially aggressive and in mine and mine daughters faces, so it threw us off because we weren’t expecting it. Ended up paying for totally unnecessary offerings. The driver just stood there and didn’t even mention anything to us. Later when we were going to take a picture he insisted that we couldn’t and that we would have to pay. We didn’t because by that time we were back on guard and asked other people. If you pay for a driver to driver, at minimum you should expect that he doesn’t sit idly by and watch you get fleeced, but at least give you some warning. At the end of the day it’s a few dollars here and there for people who essentially need it, but there should be some basic service there to help you make that decision on your own

Our driver Sunargaman is very good driver. He drove us very calmly and safely to all places that we wanted to explore. He showed us interesting places and explained the local customs. We had a great time! We are very pleased from the tour!
