    Awful staff and awful on the island.

    Snorkelling was good. The rest of it less so. Incredibly rude staff and the island tour is just areas covered in litter and dirt with people getting their quick photos then leaving. The driving on the island was so dangerous too. Do not bother with the island.

    One of the worst experiences of my life. Mass production snorkeling to spots that shouldn’t be snorkeled due to conditions. Too many people, too many boats. Follow that with a ridiculous ride around an island with horrible roads only to wait your turn for a “insta-worthy” pic. A complete waste of a day.

    Ot was an easy pick up and drop off. We felt very safe. There was a lot of travelling and thr snorkeling was a bit rushed , but it was a good , fun feeled day.

    Untrustworthy operator. Wayan is motivated by greed.

    Snorkeling was cool. Boat was much too crowded and the overall process was frustratingly confusing with the large amount of people. They refuse to cancel if there is inclement weather, putting your safety at risk in order to profit.

    Had a great day, good price including lunch and traffic, unfortunately could not see many manta rays.

    Absolutely awful from the moment the picked us up from transfer sat in a hot car whilst they went and collected other people and not arranged so was waiting for an hour. Then the waiting for boat and when we arrived they told us the activity I had booked because I had to be back to leave on the return boat at 2.30 I could not do the snorkeling which is the only reason i went. They then told me I'd be doing the west tour and I had no choice. Basically only visited two of the sites NOT the four which is advertised. The lunch was disgusting at a shack at the side of a road, hole in the floor for a toilet and fly's everywhere. Basically spent the whole day in a bloody car!! Literally the worst experience and nobody spoke English or they decided not too so they wouldn't help. I want to get refunded at least partially for this absolute sham of a tour!!!!!
