Beautiful experience. We prayed to Jesus at each spot to cleanse and pray. Our Guide difficult to hear and made fun of my husbands weight.

We had an incredible experience with Koman. He as so knowledgeable and walked us through every step of the water purification ritual, its background, and its meaning. He answered all of our questions thoughtfully and also took incredible pictures for us throughout! After the ritual he gave us a wonderful tour of the temple grounds and gave us a lot of insight into Balinese culture. This experience was a highlight of our whole trip. Thank you Koman!!

Myself and my fiancé Sankofa had the absolute honor of having Dewa as our guide to the water purification ceremony at Tirta Empul. Which made our experience there an absolute blessing and transformative experience.
Dewa was extremely kind, knowledgeable, friendly, shared with us exactly how to go through each fountain, took amazing pictures and video for us, allowed us to take our time at the temple and even took us to one of his favorite coffee plantation places on our way back to our drop off location. We will definitely call upon him again for other tours. I would absolutely without a doubt recommend him

We had an incredible experience visiting Pura Tirta Empul with Koman as our guide and driver. He was absolutely amazing—extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Balinese culture.
Koman explained the purification ritual and its significance step by step, making sure my husband and I fully understood each part before participating. He ensured we followed the proper customs and did everything the correct way, including providing sarongs so we were appropriately covered.
He also took amazing photos and videos for us, allowing us to fully enjoy the experience.
On top of that, he was incredibly patient and helpful when my husband misplaced his locker key, handling the situation calmly and professionally.
Koman was also a great conversationalist, making the drive enjoyable and engaging. We felt truly well taken care of from start to finish and highly recommend Koman for anyone looking for an authentic and memorable experience in Bali.

Our guide was great! He was very knowledgeable about the temple history and was clear when giving instructions regarding the ceremony. Visiting the Tirta Empul Temple was a wonderful experience made better by my tour guide Koman who walked me and another visitor through the temple and explained to us each of the areas, their meaning / significance, and the proper ways to ask for permission at the beginning, the steps and process for each part of the cleanse, and the history of the area / temple itself. The two hours went by incredibly quickly; and he captured all the key moments in fotos and video!! Thank you Koman!!!

I was the only person signed up for the 8:30 session and felt lucky to have a private tour with Koman as my guide! He explained in detail the significance of each fountain in the purification ceremony, and more importantly, how to do each step respectfully and in accordance with tradition. He will take many photos for you, if you’d like. The entire experience lasted about 1.5 hours; morning time is best to beat crowds. Tirta Empul is a must-see temple near Ubud and I am grateful to Korman for such an enlightening experience. Thanks again! :)

Our guide Koman (ubuddailytrips) was absolutely brilliant he messaged us half an hour before to confirm he was on his way. He bought us a sarong to wear to enter. He explained the correct way to do the purification and what the different spouts meant, his knowledge of the local traditions was excellent and we feel we really benefitted from having him with us, so we could have the best experience. The temple and facilities were great and it was not too busy when we went (4.30pm). WE did the temple tour afterwards and Koman took lots of really good pictures, that were natural. I would recommend a visit here if you have an interest in the cultures of Bali.

Bayu was my guide and he was excellent. Very thoughtful and detail-oriented when sharing the history, guiding me through the rituals, offering and ultimately the purification. Also, he is a really good photographer, expect him to capture your best moments with precision and artistry.
