      Well organised. The drivers were punctual and kind. We had Wayun in Nusa Penida: 5stars driver. The snorkeling was emotional. Lunch in a very tranquil place with a good view

      Snorkeling and beach jumping was amazing, our driver Wanuan was an awesome guide. No manta rays unfortunately but they are unpredictable animals so it was understandable. The water was extremely clear and very blue, still saw lots of fish during our snorkel. The beaches was definitely the highlight of the tour. Make sure to bring some snacks for before the tour starts, between 6am-8am there’s lots of travelling.

      Friendly staff, we didn’t see mantas

      We didn’t see the mantas :/ The driver picked me up at Kuta and dropped me off at the harbour for the 7:00am ferry, so I could get a ferry to Nusa. Although I was alone, they sent a car so I could take my backpack with me. Which was very nice of them. The car was super clean. The drivers are very friendly. Ferry trip took over 1 hour. Upon arriving at the everything was very rushed, so be prepared for some Bali craziness. In relation to snorkeling, we didn’t see mantas. We saw plenty of fish, corals and turtles which was worth it. But there is no guarantee we will see the mantas. The snorkeling company, maybe it is a Bali thing, I think wasn’t very safe. The boat was overcrowded as people needed to seat on the edge of the boat and there weren’t seats for everyone. The tour in the island was in a scooter as I was a solo traveler.The tour guy definitely knew how to navigate in the island. Very friendly boy. Additional note: no helmets provided. As we were in a scooter sun literally burns you. Get ready for it. So if you worry about safety and comfort, this tour is not for you.

      All of our drivers were great and went the extra mile to help us hit the good sites. The shuttle boat to Nusa Penida was quick and while packed, it was a good experience. The land tour sites were crowded but our driver did his best to get us into the good spots to get some pictures, which we really appreciated. The snorkeling was a little rough in spots but got to see 2 mantas in our area, it was spectacular!

      Love the snorkelling location. But the snorkelling duration was too short which was 10 minute for each location. From the itinerary given supposedly 30 min for each snorkelling session. A bit disappointed with this as I really love snorkelling and love to enjoy the beauty of the ocean. But I can denied the beauty of Bali ocean was spectacular. As for the land tour Nusa Penida, I was accompany by Okar the tour guide. He was wonderful bringing me to different site of the land tour. He put effort and taking great picture of mine through out the land tour.

      The experience with guides was bad. Having priced the complete package with photos, I had not been taken picture at the beginning and had not received the link. Regarding the visit of the island, a guide picked me up, he was very young and I made the tour of the island without helmet with visits to the known place very fast. The guide didn’t expect me and took 3 pictures of me then we left. I didn’t get guided as planned and I didn’t know where we were going. I am very disappointed with this experience. Finally, I was dropping off at the dock and the guide told me “go fast in the boat” I am not at all satisfied with the service that cost me enough
