These tickets don't work!! They would not accept them at the hot springs so I had to buy mew tickets

We are sorry to hear this, we have issued a full refund as we were advised by Batur Natural Hot Springs that you did not arrive. It may be possible that you went to the Springs next door, but anyway, as these tickets were not used, we have issued a full refund.
