This adventure was not what we expected, we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into and it was amazing!!! We were there only ones with our guide and we had the entire canyon to ourselves. When we met our guide the first thing he told us was to remove our shoes and shirts for the men. His English was okay, but who cares because I was in Bali. We are an active family and we were fully immersed in the water, fighting against the current, climbing on the rocks with our bare feet and swimming under boulders. It was so much fun we were laughing so much. The views were amazing and my teenage boys loved the experience. Our guide took and directed us where to take the best pictures. To get back to the start, we walked through rice fields and again, we were the only ones. The provided us with water and towels afterwards. You have to do this hike.

Het is prachtig! Een must do in Bali wat ons betreft. Wat een mooie natuur. De gids helpt je op de gladde stukken. Je zal af en toe een stukje moeten zwemmen, maar dat maakt het avontuurlijker. Een leuke slinger bij de derde Canyon. Daarna loop je via rijstvelden en groenteplanten terug, naar waar je begon. Daar krijg je vervolgens een heerlijke lunch. Top!!
