Amazing sites, less amazing service

So tour guides for the Hidden Canyon and the team at Graha Adventure Rafting are amazing and I would like this review not to reflect negatively on them at all. Not mentioned in the viator description is that a tour of a coffee plantation is also included (which we decided to skip after visiting the canyon, and I think that was the right choice as we were absolutely exhausted at the end of the day). I would like to say though, this particular viator option is essentially a taxi service between the sights, they were not particularly engaging, the music was up really loud in the car. They did allow our booking from Manggis through with an additional charge of 300,000IDN each way which was appreciated, but after having had so many amazing tourguides in Bali it was a bit of a letdown to be given so little information from this operator and so little engagement.

Schöne Kombination von Action und toller Landschaft

Der Hidden Canyon ist wunderschön. Man sollte aber kein kompleter Lauch sein um die Tour zu machen. Man muss schon ein wenig klettern. Das Rafting ist ebenso sehr schön und die Landschaft die dabei erlebt ist Atemberaubend. Allerdings sind am Beginn sehr viele Stufen hinabzusteigen die gefühlt kein Ende nehmen. Am Ende der Tour die bei muss man dann wieder Stufen hinaufsteigen aber nicht ganz so viele wie am Anfang. Es lohnt sich trotzdem. Mein Fahrer Kadek der diese Tour Organisiert und dann auch durchführt spricht sehr gut Englisch und ist ein ausgezeichneter Guide. Er war sehr zuvorkommend Und hat auf dem Rückweg noch einen kleinen Umweg für mich gemacht.
