Our driver was waiting for us with a sign that had my name, in the exit hall, after we retrieved our baggage. He was polite and helpful with our bags and got us right to our hotel. Car was clean and plenty of room for our bags. Thanks so much!

It was raining really hard the evening we arrived at the airport. Mohammed communicated via WhatsApp on how to find him after baggage claim and got us safely through the flood waters to our hotel. The vehicle was clean and comfortable.

Great experience. We were contacted by Mohamed days before assuring us that we could contact him if we have any questions. Our flight was delayed a couple times and finally we arrived 3 hours later. Mohamed contacted us via email letting us know that he will monitor the flight status. As soon as we touched down at the airport and turned on cel phone, his WhatsApp message came in telling me that he was waiting outside. He took all our worries away throughout the process and made us feel safe and welcoming.

Mohammad Ben was waiting at the exit from the Tunisia airport, with a sign, with my name. As a solo traveler this is reassuring when traveling to an unknown country. Drive was about 40min uneventful. He also provided a cold water.

Good experience with airport pick up. We did not receive much correspondence beforehand, but once we landed our driver notified us exactly where he was located for pick up. He knew our flight was slightly delayed, too, and it caused no issues. I think it’s a much easier option compared to taxis which do not accept credit card in our experience this trip.

When you exit the madhouse that is the Tunis-Carthage airport you enter a space in which people will come up to you and offer you rides to your destination. The chances of being ripped-off are dramatically higher if you don't secure a taxi ahead of time. This service is one of the best, although admittedly, it is pricey. Our driver waited for us as we tried to get through security and customs, texted us about where we were and where he was, and held up a sign with our names on it so that we could recognize him immediately. The taxi was large, clean, comfortable and equipped with water bottles for our pleasure. The driver was fluent in English, and a safe driver. We made it to our destination quickly and safely. Yes, you can get a better price by hailing a cab, but with the security and the safety that this service provides--it's worth the price.

Confirmation response was quite quick though I made a reservation after working hours.
They showed on time at the hotel with a very comfortable car. Trunk capacity was enough for four big luggage, I was happy for that. I recommend this service. I felt sorry for my late recognition for this service. Hope I should have known it earlier when I arrived at Tunis at the first day.
