I traveled alone on this trip which is normally for two. The driver and guide were friendly and helpful. They periodically asked if all was well and stopped when I asked them and had a good choice of hotel, food, and camp.
However, most of day 1 and day 3 you will be in a car. Please confirm with tour guys that they send a big and comfortable car or refuse the trip. I was picked in a Skoda Fabia and was asked to sit in the back. The Fabia is classified as a small car. I am 60 years old and 6 feet tall. It was very very very uncomfortable as the ride is about 7 plus hours on both day 1 and 3. If you are two travelers it is impossible to sit that long in the back seat.
On day 2, the desert dune ride on way to Mos Espa is fun and they have a Toyota SUV, but I was sitting in the back and the guide in the front. So insist on sitting in the front and getting your moneys worth.
With existing setup I would not recommend the trip. It is too much money to pay to be in an uncomfortable car.
Overall the guide and driver were very nice.

Amazing experience, the schedule is super packed with 7am start everyday, so don't expect a chill trip. Also the desert camping is freezing at night, there are no electricity, nor signal/ internet, so beware.
