Was cancelled last minute (the night before) by tour operator, and didn't automatically refund. Now i have to keep asking about the refund and still no update about it

This was a very nice and well thought out excursion that the four of us enjoyed. Our guide was very knowledgeable and took us to places that we all enjoyed. I would highly recommend this tour and would love to do it again.
