Great day with Max Nautica team! Crew were so nice and polite. They made experience wonderful. Food was good, restaurant lovely and sceneries beautiful. Boat is well maintained and toilets are very clean. Definitely reccomended to all who want to have fun and relaxing day. What is the best is that they stop to the beach in the Blue Lagoon and you get 3 hours to explore.

The trip was not as the itinerer,1) we lost about 50 min. becouse we went to another place that
was not on our way to pick up some people. 2)No one told us anything on the boat about the trip and the itinerer, 3)no one offered us anything to drink (beverages on boat included), 4)no one told us anything about the places to see. 5.)We had about 1h 40 min.in blue lagoon for swimming and lunch for 70 people to stand in a raw, take a meal at one little window, eat and give back the plate (which was very poor). 6) When we asked leaving the boat at Maslinica for some COLD water, I got some in my bottle, and my friend asked for some other drink.
They said they have lemonade, but she got in a glass from we did not what, but it was lemon syrup with tape water, warm. Ma water was also from tape, OPENED and WARM. Wherever we have been for excursions we always got beverages in a bottle or can (WATER, SPARKLING WATER, COLA, SPRITE, FANTA) This is highly UNHYGYENIC. No one said anything about MASLINICA, just that we can drink coffee in some coffee shop. We also had ther less then is written in description. We came back 25 min.earlier, so we lost more than 1 hour from the described trip.The boat was SOLO.
We said our remarks immediattelly at the boat, the owner was not at the boat , and I got his number, but he did not pick up the phone, and did not answer my message.
WE always coose your company for trips in every country, and it is always excellent and the guide is always great, but this is ABOVE ALL LEVELS.
We did not writte the rewiev earlier becouse we were so mad and disapointed, and we want the MONEY BACK for this excursion becouse it is not cheap, and we have chosen your company becouse of the description ot the trip.
Both of us are from this area, so we know what we are talking about. While beeing on the boat, no one said anythng about the tripp, offered us anything, or told us what island are arround us or sometnig.

There are 'blue lagoons' all across the Med and the Adriatic, so one tends to expect a quiet cove with crystal clear water at least twenty fathoms deep. This particular blue lagoon is little more than a beach. We thought we might be swimming off the boat, but instead you disembark at an idolated spot where lunch is served (edible!) and you have more than two hours to kill with nothing to do except pay for overpriced drinks, lay on expensive sunbeds, or go for a dip while scanning the sea floor for spiny sea urchins that can deliver a nasty sting to bare feet.
Solta island is fine, fully commercialised and pretty in its own way. You spend around an hour here and there's plenty of shops to keep you occupied, not much else though.

Staff were pleasant and the views were lovely. However there was no commentary so wasn't really a tour and might as well have taken a boat taxi. Limited range of drinks included in price and drinks at the blue lagoon cafe expensive so worth taking your own.

A fabulous day out. Well organised and good value for money. The blue lagoon was stunning and the lunch really authentic and tasty. Stopping at a second island was interesting and really pretty.

Great tour! Well organized, nice boat and friendly staff. Was lucky to go on a day with not that many other passengers and the weather and conditions were beautiful!
Blue Lagoon lived up to it’s name, we had plenty of time to snorkle, lounge and eat lunch. Lunch was also great (I had the fish).

The Blue Lagoon is nothing special, I have been to better locations. To many boats head to this location and everything on the island is over priced

We appreciate your opinion, however we feel it is unfair to rate our tour with 3 stars because there were “too many boats” and “everything is overpriced”. We cannot influence the fact Blue Lagoon is one of the most popular destinations with many tourists wanting to go there. Therefore, we invested a lot of time, effort and money to develop quality infrastructure for our tours, starting from the newest and best equipped boats in the area to having our own restaurant in the Blue Lagoon. Our tour offers its customers privacy within our own restaurant and we include breakfast, lunch, drinks & dessert in your price so you basically don’t need to spend any extra money.

We had an enjoyable time swimming in the beautiful sea. However, the price we paid was far too much for what we got, and what is stated to be included in the trip is untrue.. there was no onboard commentary, no fresh fruit served on the boat, the drink was a very weak lemon squash or a shot of a very strong spirit if you wanted, there were no snorkels provided.
We asked for snorkels and one of the crew ran around looking for some and finally handed us some dirty ones found in the boat which had not been cleaned.
The food was not great.
I would recommend for less money, get a boat ride and then buy your own food and drink, it will be cheaper.

The scenery was memorable but the blue lagoon beach was heavily littered in places. The booking promised that the trip would include a commentary and swimming masks and neither were provided. I had to use google maps and google to find out location and the history

The beach at Solta Island was the best part. Blue lagoon was over rated.

I went out with my wife, daughter (4) and parents in law. We went out on a windy day with lots of waves and a very bumpy ride. My mother in law has a hip injury and just about managed to get on the boat due to a huge gap between the step from the road and the step on the boat.
There was little communication from the on board team until we got the first stop, the blue lagoon - on this day not very blue and too wavy for snorkelling. The beach bar on the island was nice, with plenty of relaxing chairs and hammocks. Just as well as we had over 3 hours on the island and not much to see really, and the beach at the blue lagoon not really a loungy beach. On two of my weather apps there was a potential storm forecast in the afternoon and therefore I checked whether the trip was to go ahead. The crew member said that we would go out, and if the weather was bad we would take shelter in the beach bar. There was no mention on whether the trip could finish early. Thankfully we didn’t have to as this would have been a lot of time spent sheltering against the weather.
After the free lunch - chicken escalope with bread or fish - we continued to the fishing village Maslenica on the island of Solta for one hour. There were some coffee bars and restaurants but other than this, nothing obvious to visit. The crew member mentioned that there was a park but we did not find it. This was a pretty village but no more so than many on the mainland.
Overall the trip was a long day out to not see very much, and would not recommend this particular tour to anyone. I have nothing against the company or the team that sailed the boat, but we spent a lot of time on the water to see very little. I would have liked to be recommended more to see on both the islands, and if the weather is not good (like we had), then it would good to see more flexibility as to where we go and how long to spend in each place and also communication to give people the chance to make the best of their day.

Sorry for not having the best experience but unfortunately, as I mentioned before the departure, I cannot influence the weather. The forecast showed barely any wind but unforuntately It become stronger than forecasted.
Regarding the times spent on each location - there were 20 other guests on board and we cannot change the itinerary as we wish. You could have asked and it could have been considered but unfortunately you did not say anything.
On a given day, the tide was extremely high, that is why the gap between boat and the shore was big. Again, I would like to control the weather, sea, sun and rain but I can’t.
As for the communication, me and the other crew member did our best to reccomend places to sit on the boat to get the best cover possible. We also served and explained you how our welcome drink is being made but you did not want to drink - only your mother in law did. We gave you a warm welcome as we always do. We even departed 10 minutes later to let you and your group have your coffee in the cafe bar next to the boat.
Furthermore, the park in Maslinica village is litteraly next to Marchi Castle - the biggest building in the village. I pointed to it while giving you an overview of what can you do around.
To sum up, you gave a bad review because of the facts we can’t influence and I believe it is not right to give an opinion about the tour because of the weather. Once again, you were told before the tour weather is unstable and nobody forced you to go.

We went for the trip with family.
That was fantastic day out. Well organised. Food was really nice, boat was specious, places we visited were lovely and the boat crew was kind and professional. After all.day trip we have been very pleased and relax. I would recommend to everyone.

Very nice day on a little boat !
The team was very friendly and offer fresh drink and local alcool at the entrance the boat.
The visited places was nice and lunch with fresh fish worth the price.
Doing snorkeling in the lagoon was fun but I just have a recommendation to do to the authorities. Because it is possible to walk in the lagoon, the ground is destroyed by walkers, corrals are smashed and so at the end I saw less fishes than on more savage beaches.
So please keep a walking limit and forbid to walk all around this line. Fishes & corrals will be back soon.

This was a very bad trip, that we had been looking forward to. First of all we wanted to do snorkeling, but to our surprise we had to pay for snorkeling equipment ~ 100 kuna in deposit (stands no place!!).
When we Got the money for six people, we ran into our first problem !Lack of snorkeling equipment! The Boat was “apparently” only meant to please 50 people, but with a brief glimpse of the exotic sea - Blue Lagoon - only a handful had Got equipment. It was all a Big lie!!!
Secondly On the trip there was absolutely no info about the trip it self and/or the Islands!?!? And there was absolutely no exclusivity about this trip. To end it all it was a very Big waste of money!!!!

Very good service , the blue lagoon is like paradise with crystal water, the lunch is decent & there’s a bar that you can buy a drink from. The village at Solta is beautiful & we had delicious ice cream in one of its cafes.
I recommend this tour for everyone

J'ai réservé deux billets pour la croisière de 9h, le 26 septembre. Nous somme arrivées sur place dès 8h45 et arrivées là-bas, nous avons aussitôt constaté qu'il n'y avait personne sur le bateau. Un monsieur est venu nous voir pour nous dire que c'était annulé et que nous allions nous faire rembourser... Mais j'ai étais débité sur mon compte. Suite à cette imprévu vous êtes dans l'obligation de me rembourser puisque encore aujourd'hui je n' ai toujours rien. Arnaque ?

Todo en general. La visita a la laguna azul estuvo muy bien pero la pena fue que al rato de estar tumbados en el poco trozo que había de playa, nos desalojaron porque llegaba otro barco.
El personal del barco darles las gracias porque son muy amables y profesionales .

Une bonne journée avec baignades et balades mais déçus lorsque nous nous sommes rendu compte que le fameux bateau traditionnel en bois avec 2 mats été enfaite un bateau touristique sans aucun mât... Personnellement c'est ce qui m'avait attiré au départ... J'ai gardé ma frustration toute la journée même si j'ai essayé de profiter malgré tout de ma journée, ce qui a été assez difficile...

Pas d'explications sur les îles pendant le trajet. Bon repas mais manque quelques rondelles de tomates pour ceux qui n'aiment pas le chou et une note sucrée en dessert.
Lagon bleu rempli de déchets, des tuyaux qui sortent de terre et site non préservé par les nombreux touristes.
