Depart from the designated meeting point in Split or Trogir, and make the scenic journey south along Dalmatia’s rugged coast toward Dubrovnik.
Hear about the region from your guide and stop for photos at several overlooks for amazing panoramic views of the Dalmatian islands.
Continue to Dubrovnik, and take a walking tour of the UNESCO-protected Old Town with a local guide. Encircled by 16th-century walls, this pristine medieval quarter features immaculately preserved townhouses, palaces, churches, and limestone-paved streets.
Enter through the Pile Gate, and see the Franciscan Monastery with its splendid cloister. Visit the monastery’s 14th-century Pharmacy, Europe’s oldest working pharmacy, and stroll down the Stradun, the city’s glorious main street.
At the end, admire the porticos and carvings of the Sponza Palace, and visit the cathedral, a Baroque masterpiece built after Dubrovnik’s 1667 earthquake.
Then, enjoy free time to explore and relax at leisure. Perhaps walk the walls to survey the red rooftops, ride a cable car above the town, go souvenir-shopping, or eat at any of the enticing restaurants.

Trip was amazing. Dubrovnik is definitely worth seeing.
Tour was well-organized, pick-up point was easy to find, tour left right on time. The guide was well organized (can’t remember her name) and helpful. She did a what’s app to keep in contact during the day in case we needed anything. There was about 3 hours of free time, which allowed us to explore Dubrovnik on our own. Bus was clean. Bus driver was safe.
Dubrovnik was amazing. It’s a beautiful city set within a fortress. You can walk around the entire city on the walls, beautiful views.
The guide did 90-minute walking tour of Dubrovnik. This was great in theory and did help us orient ourselves but we were using the headsets and with all of the surrounding noise, we could only hear half of what she was saying. It might be better to provide a map with some highlights, then we could have read while she was explaining.
The bus stopped for 30 min on the way back for oyster tasting. This is apparently a local thing. Some people on our bus seemed to enjoy. But we weren't interested so with the time it took to get to the place and then sit for 30 minutes, it added an hour to an already very long day. Our preference would have just been a quick potty stop on the way.
For those concerned with potty stops, the bus stopped midway for a break and Dubrovnik has several very clean public toilets.

Great way to get a feel for Dubrovnik. The road from Split is a stunning route. Stop off en route and on the way back was a nice break. Very busy even for October! Ivanka made the trip. Her passion for Croatia is infectious and we felt well looked after and welcome. Thank you

The bus was freezing and we complained to the guide about it but she lied and said the bus did not have air conditioning. She actually got irritated when we complained second time. She never asked the driver to cut down the ac. Ivanka was our guide and she talked too much about irrelevant information.

We were told the activity would take 11 hours, it took 13. We had arranged for a dinner that we had to miss because this took so long We were told it was because of weather but weather had nothing to do with it since we didn’t leave Dubrovnik till 3.30 and still had a stop we had to make( oyster tasting- which was an additional cost which was not told beforehand). I would not recommend this trip, most of time spent traveling or free time- not guided tour

Great experience! Petar and Dale are awesome. Petar has a wealth of knowledge on the region and Dubrovnik. Great information shared and on time efficient service

We were worried we’d miss out if we didn’t visit Dubrovnik before leaving Croatia and were really glad we chose this trip. Tin was very friendly and approachable and the whole trip felt well organised and relaxed. We felt we had enough time to get a feel for Dubrovnik without getting tired or bored. Would recommend if you’re not visiting Dubrovnik on your travels!

We stayed in Split, but felt like we couldn't leave Croatia without checking out Dubrovnik. We didn't have a car so we thought this would be a good way to visit. It was actually perfect. We left early in the morning, slept on the bus, stopped about halfway for the restroom and a coffee and continued to Dubrovnik. When we got there our guide gave us a tour of the city and then we had over 3 hours of free time to do as we pleased. The drive home was the same and we stopped at the same place. It took about 12 hours.

It was an amazing experience visiting Dubrovnik. Tin and Dale made sure the visit was comfortable and easy. Highly recommended.

The guide knew many things was kind and funny and also the driver was really good The trip was awesome. Beautiful locations.

Travel is not passenger van or minibus. It’s a full-size bus for 50 people. I asked before booking and they confirmed van or minibus. Bus was fine but don’t appreciate their dishonesty. Would not have booked had I known.

This tour included a 1 hour walking tour with guide and then a few hours to explore on our own. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Went in late April before the summer crowds.
Regina_G, Oct 2024
This was a nice trip. The guide, Petar kept us informed on local history and culture throughout. Plenty of time to wander Dubrovnik on one's own. Lots of steep climbing and stairs.

Our trip to Dubrovnik was amazing :-) our tour guide, Ivanka was even more amazing :-) she was so helpful and knowledgeable and nice. You could never ask for a better tour guide! Two thumbs up for Ivanka. Dubrovnik is really amazing but you need like a three day weekend at least just to explore. I highly recommend this trip to anybody vacation in Croatia.

Our tour to Dubrovnik was great, lots of information told on our coach on the way and walk around once there. Then plenty of time to walk the walks which had fantastic views , u must do it ! Time to have lunch and an ice cream before leaving.
It was busy there but loved it.
Stopped on way home for wine, ham and cheese which was very nice.
A lovely trip.

In my opinion, it's a good tour from Split to Dubrovnik with the tour guide walking you around the old city and having time to do things on your own if the weather is good or if the people in the tour don't mind if the weather doesn't cooperate. The oysters at Ston were delicious. Aside from the bad weather, we still enjoyed exploring the old city. Pero and our driver did their jobs well.
RUTH_B, Aug 2024
Everything about this trip was amazing. Pick up was punctual, driver friendly and Peter was a great tour guide and very knowledgable of not only Dubrovnik but also the entire journey and Croatia in itself. A long journey but with a stop at a very picturesque area and also a stop on the way home with the advantage of buying some local cuisine, the whole day was a huge success and one I would certainly recommend
Milos_Z, Jul 2024
Trip was well organized. Peter was a great guide with many recommendations and a lot of information about Dubrovnik and Croatia in general. The trip does take entire day, but it leaves plenty of time to explore Dubrovnik. Loved the visit to Ston and oysters with wine tasting. Oysters are unique to the area, and should be tasted.
Howard_M, Jul 2024
Dubrovnik was a wealth of history and architecture. Our tour guide Ante was very knowledgeable and helpful. The long bus ride was comfortable and it seemed to go more quickly because of the breaks.
I would recommend not playing music on the bus so passengers can sleep, converse or listen to their own audio. Also, Ante probably didn’t know, but his shirt could offend some people because it said “f### off.” He was a great tour guide and I wouldn’t want someone to get the wrong impression of him.
Overall, it was a good tour and recommended to visitors to Croatia.
Anthony_A, Jun 2024
Very good trip. The guide kept us ibformed on local history and culture throughout. Plenty of time to wander Dubrovnik on one's own, after the 1.5 hour guided tour of the high spots. Lots of steep climbing and stairs to the top of the fortress, but the climb is optional. Also lots of restaurants with good variety.
Fred_B, Oct 2023
The guide was very knowledgeable and a great communicator. He encouraged us to appreciate the WOW moments!
ESTELLITA_P, Oct 2023
The trip was good but the experience with the locals was bad due to language barriers.
We went to a restaurant and the waitress did not understand us at all.
Noelle_D, Sep 2023
We had a good time while on the quick guided tour. We decided not to pay 35€ each to climb the stairs to the walls because some of us have knee issues and weren't sure how well they would do with all the stairs in the time given and also see other things. We did go up some stairs anyway in a somewhat secluded area which was so beautiful. Looking down through the other alleys was amazing. Where all the shops were was too busy but it was nice to see. The three hours allowed for walking around on our own went so fast and felt rushed. We expected this would happen but we wanted to go there with a tour group instead of finding transportation on our own from Split. We should have planned to stay in Dubrovnik for a few days to experience more of it.
Michael_E, Sep 2023
This was a great tour of Dubrovnik it was great to hear Ivan give all the information about Croatia he did a good job. The only bad side was we only get 3 hours to walk around Dubrovnik which I feel is not enough but apart from that everything was great.
Fiona_K, Sep 2023
Our Driver on the day was brilliant, he was friendly, explained many things about our surroundings and of Croatia in general. Very interesting.
Unfortunately I was very disappointed with Tour Guide, Marina, in Dubrovnik. She seemed a nice lady but we could not hear what she was saying mostly and in addition seemed to go off on a tangent with own opinions and not enough about the beautiful walled city. I felt I have no learnt enough about the historical site.
Quite disappointed
Mary_M, Sep 2023
Dubrovnik is not to be missed. Bring a bathing suit for a quick dip. We didn’t walk the walls cause we were short on time. We’ll need to come back again. Great guide Igor. Bus trip was long but very scenic.
Iva_K, Aug 2023
Excellent trip. Our tour guide Igor was brilliant, would highly recommended booking this trip to Dubrovnik.
Steve_R, Aug 2023
Thoroughly enjoyable experience from start to finish and Dubrovnik is an amazing place to visit. Around 3 and a half hours journey each way but along the coast with some beautiful scenery and a cool little coffee pit stop on the way. Short informative tour of the city provided then enough time to wander around the town at your own leisure. The walk around the walls offers stunning views. If short on time, fully recommended.
