Tanger old city by foot

We had Mustafa as our guide through an extensive tour of the old city of Tanger, the casbah, the Medina, if I could give Mustafa 10 stars I would. His local knowledge and access to hidden gems, gave us more than my wife and I thought possible.

We had a pleasant day touring Tangier with this guide. He was friendly, spoke excellent English, knew the city well, and showed us the major sights. He was also very helpful with taking photos and made sure we saw some great viewpoints around the city. Travelers should be aware that the tour included several shopping stops at rug, ceramic, jewelry, and cosmetic/oil shops that we were not expecting. The guide was courteous and did not pressure us when we declined to buy. If you book with him, I recommend discussing in advance whether you want shopping stops included and, if so, what kinds of shops interest you.

Great tour with Mohammad

We had a great time with Mohammad . He knew all the the good places to visit in the old Kasbah and souk. Everyone knew Mohammad as we went on our Tour as he is a local. My wife had to use a walking stick and Mohammad got us a taxi to the top of the Souk and then worked our way down rather than start at the bottom and go up. Very thoughtful. He also recommended a restaurant for lunch which was excellent. Cafe Dado. Would thoroughly Mohammad
