For hotel pickups, be ready in your hotel lobby 15 minutes before the scheduled time. If you're staying at a Riad or in the Medina where vehicle access is limited, we’ll coordinate a nearby meeting point with you in advance. Feel free to message us if you have any special pickup requests — we’re happy to help!
