It’s not an easy excursion. We walked with the bog shoes for over 2 miles. I fell twice and the guide didn’t even stop to help me. You need to be in good shape to keep up .
One and done for our family.

We're sorry to hear that the experience did not meet your expectations.
Our Bog Shoe Hiking Tour is designed as an active nature experience and is described as a moderately challenging hike. The tour includes walking several kilometers over uneven, natural terrain while wearing bog shoes, which requires a reasonable level of fitness, balance, and mobility.
Because of the nature of the landscape, guests should expect wet, soft, and uneven surfaces, and there is always a possibility of slipping or losing balance. We recommend this tour only for participants who are comfortable with this type of physical activity.
We appreciate your comments and will remind our guides to pay close attention to all group members throughout the hike and to offer assistance whenever it is needed.
