Our tour guide Giuseppe was excellent. He had great rapport with all the vendors so the food we got was fresh, delicious and plentiful. This tour was definitely worth the cost. The historical part of the tour was also informative and interesting.

Great tour of the city with Iryna with cute stops for food along the way. Would recommend for a first day in ortigia to get to know it before doing more exploring on your own.

This may be one of our best food tours. Giuseppe was friendly, knowledgeable, and inclusive. The stops were each amazing in itself. Do not eat a breakfast or lunch prior to the tour!

Maria brought us to some great places to eat, but there was little presentation, history, or explanation. I had expected some stories and history with the food, it was one of the lease informative food tours I have been on.

This food tour with Brenda was one of the highlights of our trip! She was extremely knowledgeable, and added some history to the tour as well which was great. All the food was wonderful, and the tour enriched our understanding of Sicilian food culture for the rest of our holiday.

Highly recommend this tour! Maria Grazia was a fantastic guide. She took us to some of the best spots for Sicilian food, many of which we would not have found on our own. We enjoyed learning about Ortigia's history and culture while sampling delicious Sicilian specialty foods. This tour was a highlight of our trip!

Good sampling of the varying types of food available in Sicily. We think we had a knowledgeable guide but she did speak as we walked and she was in front of the 8 of us and only the two in front could hear her. She needs to be more aware of the entire group. One couple who were very aggressive got a private tour in terms of information.

Giuseppe is not only knowledgeable about the food but also on the local sights. It was a food and sightseeing tour which was great as we had only arrived in Sicily that afternoon. This Street Food tour was a wonderful way to see important Ortigia landmarks, to learn some of the history of the city, and to taste some iconic and delicious foods.
Our guide Brenda was excellent: so friendly and knowledgable. We toured for more than 3 hours, stopping to enjoy a charcuterie board, (large) arancini with a choice of fillings, granita, cones of fried fish with wine or a non-alcoholic and veggies, and limoncello and small cannoli. The entire walk was about 2.5 miles and there were places to sit along the way. Highly recommend!
Pro tip: Come hungry! Each stop served generous portions.

One of the best walking tours I've ever done! Maria Grazia was friendly and knowledgeable. As we walked the streets of Ortigia many friends and family said hello. It was a true slice of Sicilian life. ❤️ The food stops were chosen personally by Maria and were locally owned and operated. A good amount of culture and history mixed in as well. Highly recommend!
