Giuseppe was a great tour guide. The tastings were delicious and
plentiful and we also enjoyed the wine and liqueur samples
Iryna was an excellent guide, taking her time to explain about the food and the culture but the experience itself wasn't good value for money. The food was interesting to taste but as it's very 'basic' street food and some of it not hot enough we thought the tour should have been cheaper. We contacted the operator who was very understanding.
Our guide Brenda was exceptional and had an engaging manner keeping us interested. Our favourite food was the cheese and ham platter which was delicious and not to be missed. Make sure you are hungry as there are five tasting stops.
We had a wonderful tour experiencing the authentic flavors of Sicilian cuisine. Our tour guide, Giuseppe was externally knowledgeable and his humor and true passion for the Sicilian food scene made this tour unforgettable. I would highly recommend anyone visiting this area to take this tour. Food was abundant and delicious.
Brenda our guide was fantastic! The day of our tour rain was predicted and she arrived with her backpack full of umbrellas! Luckily we didn’t need them! Her customer service was above and beyond ! The food was wonderful and she talked about the food and the history of Ortega ! I would highly recommend Brenda! FYI it’s a lot of food which was delicious!!

The food selection was really good. Wear comfortable shoes. Brenda, our guide, was really knowledgeable and fun! Great experience and well worth the cost.
Food was good and a nice intro to Sicilian cuisine. The meeting point was poorly coordinated leading to some delay. Guide was good but not as good as other food tours we’ve been on
Great way to see the sites & taste the foods of Ortigia. Did this tour the morning of our first full day in Ortigia, perfect way to begin our 4 days. Brenda our guide is knowledgable, fun, & lived in the US, so perfect English.
We had a really good Food Tour of Ortigia with our guide, Iryna. She is very engaging and bubbly personality, and we thoroughly enjoyed talking with her and learning from her. She had lots of great information to share about the city and specifically about the foods that reflect important aspects of the culture. We had three savory tastings and three sweet tastings. We enjoyed all of them and we especially enjoyed the tour because Iryna did such a wonderful job of bringing everything to life and sharing her passion for food and for Siracusa/Ortigia.
Excellent Ortigia food tour, great variety of foods, best Panini we've ever had! It wasn't just a food tour, it was also a walking tour of the town, with information about so many local sites. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly, thank you IRYNA!! Highly recommend!!
Very knowledgeable guide. Eyrina was amazing! Lots of history and 5 incredible stops to try local family restaurants. More than I expected. Highly recommend

Our tour guide Giuseppe was excellent. He had great rapport with all the vendors so the food we got was fresh, delicious and plentiful. This tour was definitely worth the cost. The historical part of the tour was also informative and interesting.
Great tour of the city with Iryna with cute stops for food along the way. Would recommend for a first day in ortigia to get to know it before doing more exploring on your own.
Maria was the best guide. She knew all the local spots and is from the area originally, it was like she knew everyone in town! A true authentic experience I would recommend to EVERYONE. Thank you Maria!!!
The BEST. Maria our tour guide was exceptional. A nice blend of history, culture and amazing and LOTS of food. Well worth the money. Even our picky teenager raved about it.
This may be one of our best food tours. Giuseppe was friendly, knowledgeable, and inclusive. The stops were each amazing in itself. Do not eat a breakfast or lunch prior to the tour!

Maria brought us to some great places to eat, but there was little presentation, history, or explanation. I had expected some stories and history with the food, it was one of the lease informative food tours I have been on.

This food tour with Brenda was one of the highlights of our trip! She was extremely knowledgeable, and added some history to the tour as well which was great. All the food was wonderful, and the tour enriched our understanding of Sicilian food culture for the rest of our holiday.
Informative walking tour combined with fun food stops. The guide told a lot of stories which was interesting.

We enjoyed learning about Ortigia's history and culture while sampling delicious Sicilian specialty foods. This tour was a highlight of our trip!

Good sampling of the varying types of food available in Sicily. We think we had a knowledgeable guide but she did speak as we walked and she was in front of the 8 of us and only the two in front could hear her. She needs to be more aware of the entire group. One couple who were very aggressive got a private tour in terms of information.
Great tour guide, very experienced and took us to 5 exceptional food locations. Would definitely recommend this tour even to experienced travelers
