Departure Point: Reynolds Cottage, 28 Harrington Street, The Rocks. Next door to The Tap Rooms. Please check in at our office 15 minutes prior to the start of the tour. Tour departs right on time. Our office is located within The Rocks and is easily accessible for all.

Please arrive at our office to check in and meet your guide for the day, a minimum of 15 minutes prior to the start of the tour time

Tour encompasses uneven surfaces, cobblestones, worn sandstone flagging and steps; while these elements of the tour have never been considered to be strenuous by most people, for others this may be considered as an unsuitable activity.
Transportation is wheelchair accessible
Tour is wheelchair accessible however be prepared for uneven surfaces at the sites visited which may be difficult for those with walking disabilities or using a powered wheelchair/ scooter

A Fascinating Walk Through The Rock’s History.

We learned so much on our walking tour with Vickki. The audio headsets made a big difference—being able to hear her clearly over the busy street noise kept us fully engaged. She brought the history of The Rock to life, weaving stories with the photos she shared, which helped us better understand the grit and hardship that went into building this country. This tour is an excellent choice for anyone with an interest in history, and we highly recommend it.

Really good . . . when we could hear the guide

The Rocks Walking Tour was for the most part interesting and enjoyable. Our guide used a portable speaker attached to her waist. This made it challenging to clearly hear her informative commentaries about local history unless you were standing next to her mostly due to local traffic and construction noises. It would have been nice to have personal hearing devices. While there are many levels to the Rocks area, the stairways and pace of walking were very comfortable for us.
