Laurin and Phuong were gems as guides. They made us comfortable. They were flexible and best of all, they were so easy to get along with. We felt that we were hanging out for the day with old friends. Their services are highly recommended. The visit to Dry Ridge Winery was the highlight of the day. Do not leave that out of the itinerary!

Thank you Glenford and Vivienne for your lovely review. We are glad that you both enjoyed your day at the Blue Mountains. We felt like we were hanging out with old friends as well. You and Vivienne also made the day enjoyable for us and it was lovely to meet you both. The Dry Ridge Winery was absolutely gorgeous wasn't it. Next time you return to Sydney, Australia, we hope we can show you more of our beautiful country.

Glenn was really excellent and ensured we had a super day - I would not hesitate to recommend him and also the brilliant Blue Mts to anyone

We took this tour a few months ago and had a fantastic day. We got to see the Blue Mountains from several great viewing spots and then had lunch at a great little cafe in Leura. It was the perfect last outing for our trip down under!

Everything went as planned. Glen our guide was there to meet us at the ship and he was a great guide. I believe he provided more than was expected. The Sydney Opera House was great and Glen took us to some of the out of the way places, as well as a great trip to the Blue Mountains the next day. Five stars from the four of us!

This was a great day. Enjoyed by 3 generations. Driver very accommodating, offering advice for local areas.

We wanted to see the Blue Mountains and to also see Koalas and other domestic animals and we thought this would be a good trip. Glenn arrived early and on our way to the Blue Mountains, we had an option of doing a short scenic hike or a longer more strenous hike. We chose the longer one of course and it was worth it. Make sure you have proper shoes and able to climb down/up steep steps. The trip to Featherdale Wildlife Park is where we saw Koalas and other animals and we also liked that experience. It definitely was an entire day long drives, but it was well worth it and Glenn made sure we were able to see what we wanted to see.

Fastest way to see and do a lot in one day! Arrived Blue Mountains early, selected the Scenic World option so we went on the rides. If you don't want to extensively hike the park, the 3 rides cable car, tilted rail ride and tram are the very best way to see the highlights. Lunch in Leura was excellent. The Featherdale wildlife park option is also great if you want to see a lot of Australians animals. We were there at closing and were able to have more than adequate time to pet the koalas. The ferry back to Sydney is an excellent ending to the trip. It's short, smooth and has great views arriving in Sydney. Glenn, our guide, was terrific.

This tour gets five stars simply because our tour guide, Glenn, was the best. He made sure we're all comfortable and that all our interests were catered to. Booking the private day trip is worth it for our small group of four as the itinerary was quite flexible and fully customizable. We departed the Sydney CBD early enough in anticipation of the traffic, and when we got to the different stops, Glenn chose drop off points that were convenient and not crowded for us to enjoy the sceneries. The biggest advantage is that we moved at our own pace as opposed to joining a group tour with people we didn't know. The trip was not tiring at all, and we were back in the city as scheduled.
