Itinerary
Your tour begins with an early morning pick-up from your central Sydney hotel by private vehicle. As you leave the city via the famous Sydney Harbour Bridge, enjoy magnificent views over Sydney Harbour, then watch as the urban landscapes give way to rugged hills and rolling vineyards.
Enter the Blue Mountains National Park at Glenbrook, then hop out to explore the UNESCO-listed landscapes and perhaps spot wild kangaroos skipping across the valley. As you climb higher into the mountains, stop to admire an ancient Aboriginal rock art site.
The next stop is Scenic World (optional; own expense), where you can take a ride on the world’s steepest incline railway, and descend through the tunnels and rainforest passes into the heart of the Jamison Valley.
Your adventure continues with a scenic drive through the gum tree forests and vineyards of the Megalong Valley, keeping a look out for exotic birds such as kookaburras and parrots along the way. The striking landscapes make an idyllic spot for lunch (own expense) and your guide can offer recommendations for a suitable restaurant. After lunch, head to one of the local wineries to indulge in a wine tasting and sample regional varieties such as Riesling, pinot noir, and chardonnay, accompanied by an optional cheese platter.
There’s just time to take in the views over the Grose Valley, and snap photos of the Victoria Falls, before heading back to Sydney. Travel back in your private vehicle, and end your tour with a drop-off back at your hotel.

Every part of the day was memorable. From the Featherdale farm to the hike to see the Wentworth Falls. Then to Megalong valley for a wonderful lunch to follow with our wine tasting at the breathtaking vineyard. And last the Three Sisters. Charlie was an amazing host. From start to finish. He kept us away from all of the tourists. Charlie went above and beyond to give us the best day ever that we will cherish forever. Thank you Charlie.

Jeremy was a wonderful guide for our all day adventure to the Blue Mountains. He enquired throughout the day about how we were feeling and what we wanted to do next. The weather was gorgeous and he took us to one great venue after another. While we did the obligatory Three Sisters visit, we thought the Megalong Valley actually had the most beautiful scenery, and he found us a mob of kangaroos in the wild that were just fascinating! Definitely do this tour.. and do it with Jeremy!

Thank you Susan, appreciate the kind words and so glad you had such a great day out with Jeremy. We agree the Megalong is a very special place that we try and keep to ourselves :) Safe travels and thanks again, Scott and the team.

This is an amazing experience! Our guide Charlie was very knowledgeable and friendly. We were able to see many of the popular sites before they got too crowded, including the wildlife park, which made it feel like a private experience. We had a lovely farm to table lunch, did some local shopping, and even spotted some kangaroos in the Blue Mountains :) Would definitely recommend!

We love showing the real Blue Mountains to our guests.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful our day with Scott was. Yes, the Blue Mountains, Three Sisters, and waterfalls are what we booked to see, but Scott’s personality, articulate intelligence, attention to detail, and suggestions about where we could go off the beaten path are what made the day beyond special. He has a connection to a beautiful winery where we ate lunch and enjoyed delicious wine (no one there but us, so peaceful). We were never in a crowded touristy spot and yet saw all the important landmarks. He is so easy and enjoyable to be around and on a long day such as this, that is truly important. We had the added luck of a second guide, Camilla who was learning from Scott and is a lovely person. If you look at other Blue Mountain tour itineraries you will see they all appear to be cookie-cutter tours, stopping at the exact same spots. Scott probably would have done exactly the same if we wanted, but why do that? His listing suggested an itinerary that was more unique than the others but still hit the spots one must see. This is why we chose him. We couldn’t have been more delighted. Thank you Scott. Truly.

The tour with Scott worked out extremely well. He picked us up from the cruise port in Sydney, transported our luggage to our Airbnb rental in Haymarket, then took us on a day long tour. The first half hour he quizzed our group on our interests, then made visit adjustments...We wanted to see Australian animals, great vistas and do some wine tasting. He made it happen. We highly recommend him.
