Jelle was very knowledgeable, a good tour and saw a lot more than I could have in a short space of time. Only a couple of passengers which was good.

Our driver was personable, professional knowledgeable, and a local man who knew everything about the area. He gave us clearly spoken, easy to understand information throughout our entire tour. He showed us very interesting parts of the city and we very much enjoyed the trip. Very educational and beautiful. He gave us adequate free time to get out of the van and experience many sites.

Benjamin was an excellent tour guide and driver. He showed us many sights. He was able to alter the itinerary to accommodate heavy rain and the preferences of ourselves and the other couple on the tour.

Ben has lived in this region his entire life and is a wealth of information. We had plenty of stops where we could stretch our legs and admire the beautiful views. I was here a year ago, but saw quite a few new places. The other four passengers were fairly sedate and stayed with the Van on a couple of the walks. I requested to be dropped off at Coogee Beach so I could do the 4 mile coastal walk to Bondi Beach. It was a fabulous day for it!

There were only five of us in the van and we were able to easily navigate the narrow streets and tight squeezes to see amazing sights in and around Sydney. Our driver/tour guide was very friendly and pleasant and provided great commentary about what he was showing us. He chose wisely and provided a very comprehensive and diverse tour of the area. We probably saw more than many locals who have lived in Sydney their whole lives. I have a much greater appreciation for Sydney, its history, and its sights than had I not taken this tour. I am sure everyone would love taking this tour.

The tour covered a lot of ground around Sydney with a knowledgeable guide who grew up in the city & surfing the local beaches. Ben was excellent & his insights on growing up in Sydney and the growth of the downtown and changes to neighborhoods were much appreciated. There were frequent stops to explore the various areas with lots of photo opportunities too.

Our afternoon tour of Sydney was a great way to get an overview of the city area and see key sites. Our weather was a bit rainy, but our guide, Katja, made our tour very interesting and enjoyable. this was booked to pick up at little Sydney hotel. driver said he could not. also, cancelled my 8am after being confirmed for months and mave it to 130pm from Novotel Sydney which I WAS THERE!!! When my agent talked to him, he argued with him claiming he had 9 witnesses, a number of times. You want us to book with this man again, NEVER!!! We are requiring a refund for this tour for the above reasons. You will refund or a charge back will be initiated

Dear Iris,
I’m both frustrated and disappointed by the inaccurate claims in your review, which completely misrepresent the events as they unfolded. Here’s what really happened:
Firstly, we reached out via email to inform you that, due to not meeting the minimum booking requirement of two guests, the morning tour could not run. We offered you a place on the afternoon tour, explaining that we’d arrange pickup at 1:30 PM just around the corner from your hotel, as direct parking there is impossible. You agreed to this through your agent via the Viator messaging system, who confirmed, “This is okay. Please contact Iris at Little National Hotel.”
On the day of the tour, our guide arrived at the pickup spot at 1:34 PM. You were not there. We then parked briefly in a non-parking area and walked back to your hotel to locate you but still couldn’t find you. After waiting for 10 minutes with nine other guests on board, we had no choice but to depart.
Ten minutes into the tour, we contacted your hotel, where the receptionist informed us you had returned there, upset. Even then, we offered an alternative for you to join us at the next photo stop, a short taxi ride away, which you initially accepted but then changed your mind, opting not to join at all.
We can provide screenshots and logs of our communication attempts as well as messages exchanged via Viator. Your aggressive remark (“You will refund or a chargeback will be initiated”) is both unnecessary and mean-spirited, especially given our extensive efforts to accommodate you.
We hope you reconsider this review, which is not only damaging to our business but also grossly misrepresents the truth of our attempts to ensure you had a positive experience.
