AUD1400 we basically just had a driver taking us to Jenolan cave, and the tickets are not included. The so called tour guide really is just a drive who does not care about our customer experience.

Hi, We value every customer's opinion and take all feedback seriously as it helps us improve our products and services. We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations or our standards. Firstly, we cannot understand what you meant by ‘customer experience’. The advertised tour mentioned that Jenolan Caves entry tickets were not included. Secondly, we communicated to you as soon as you made the booking about cave entry tickets and the link to book it. We can provide all communication records if required. The guide said you were rude in the morning on the tour pick up and demanded to add free tickets. If you want to know the finances, we barely make any money out of AUD1400 after booking platform commissions + GST. For example, Jenolan Caves is a 10-hour plus tour which costs the driver only AUD500. So far, we maintained 5-star level service with our tours and customers had great memories. We advise you (future customers who read this review/reply) to read the tour inclusions and exclusions for future bookings. This will avoid leaving negative reviews and harming small businesses like us. Thank you.
