Choose from a 24- or 72-hour ticket and then climb aboard your distinctive red double-decker bus at the City Sightseeing stop closest to you. With your ticket, you can remain on the bus for the entire loop or disembark whenever a monument or museum demands your attention.

The bus stop seemed clearly marked in front of ABBA museum but the driver passed us by. We had to cross the street to the other side to pick it up. It was hot the audio tour is minimal and it was not clear when it ran until - I asked if okay to stay on and run the full loop and the driver was confused by my question. There’s no snacks and beverages as stated.

No refund for you....

Due to bad weather The port in Stockholm was closed and our ship was not able to dock. We were not able to use our hop on hop off voucher. Viator would not refund our tickets even though I had a notice from the cruise line on the missed port just hours before our scheduled arrival.

Hop on hop off bus was adequate at showing the highlights.. not very many buses running and the “find a bus” app never updated to show when one would arrive. They pretty much stop running at 4pm. So you have to make sure you don’t get stranded.

Of all my Hop On bookings this vacation, this was my least favorite. The audio was minimal and the driver drove fast, so hard to get very good photos. It is still the best way to see a city when you have limited time.

Both tours were informative and covered different areas. Was told the bus had glass ceiling, but was just a small portion on the top/sides (I like to take pics and can only do well from one side). Same with boat tour. My rule is pick the right side. Covered some different areas than Hop-on-Hop off didn't. Both worthwhile.

Hard to find where it started. Then stopped at Little Mermaid for 5 minutes for photo then at a random stop for 30 minutes which was a complete waste of time. Meant we didn't get to Danish Design Museum by closing time
